Betty Ting is a Taiwanese former actress who was mainly active in the 1970s. Ting is best known for being the center of international speculation regarding the untimely death of Bruce Lee in her apartment. Ting is credited with over 50 films.

Betty Pei Ti is a Taiwanese actress. Though born in Taiwan, she is best known for her roles in Hong Kong films, particularly of the Shaw Brothers Studio.

The Champion, released in the United States as Shanghai Lil and the Sun Luck Kid and also known as Karate King and Chivalrous Guest, is a 1973 Martial Arts Hong Kong film directed by Chu-got Ching-wan and Yang Ching-chen.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Shih Szu</span> Taiwanese actress

Shih Szu is an actress from Taoyuan, Taiwan. She was born Lei Qui Si (雷秋思) to parents from Hunan Province. A ballet student from the age of six, at the age of sixteen she joined Shaw Brothers Studio after secondary school and began appearing in films such as The Crimson Charm and The Rescue. However, the film that would rocket her to stardom would be her appearance opposite the famous Cheng Pei-pei in 1971's The Lady Hermit. She then would go on to appear in numerous wuxia and kung fu films such as The Thunderbolt Fist, Heroes of Sung, The Shadow Boxer, The Lady of the Law. The Shaws, seeing great potential in her, gave her a role in Hammer and the Shaws’ co-production The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires but the film was not successful internationally.

Michelle Yim Wai-ling, better known by her stage name Mai Suet, is a Hong Kong actress and elder sister of former actress Sidney Yim Wai-ming also known by stage name Suet Lei. She graduated from St. Rose of Lima's College and Shaw Brothers' Training School.

Chor Yuen, born Cheung Po-kin, was a Hong Kong film director, screenwriter, and actor. Chor is credited with over 120 films as director, over 70 films as a writer and over 40 films as an actor.

Yueh Hua, also known professionally as Elliot Ngok Wah, was a Shanghai-born Hong Kong actor, later based in Canada, with Shaw Brothers Studio and TVB. Yueh was one of the most versatile and prolific leading actors of Shaw Brothers. Yueh starred in five to ten films per year in his heyday, playing roles ranging from foolish drunks to scholarly warriors. Yueh died of cancer in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, aged 76.

Unicorn Chan (1940–1987) was a Hong Kong actor, martial artist, stuntman and one of Bruce Lee's best friends since childhood. He acted in many films during childhood including The Birth of Mankind (1946) in which Bruce Lee starred. Unicorn Chan was erased from two Bruce Lee biopics which are Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (1993) and The Legend of Bruce Lee (2008).

Lydia Shum Din-ha or Lydia Tin Ha Sum was a Hong Kong-Canadian comedian, MC, actress and singer. Known for her portly figure, signature dark-rimmed glasses and bouffant hairstyle, she was affectionately known to peers and fans as Fei-fei or Fei Jie.

Ling Yun is a Taiwanese-born actor in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Lily Ho is a Chinese actress from Hong Kong. Ho is known for playing leading heroines in Shaw Brothers films. Ho is known for the 1966 The Knight Of Knights and her role as Ainu, a lesbian, in Intimate Confessions of a Chinese Courtesan, a 1972 Adult Martial Arts film.

Margaret Hsing (1944-2009) was a Chinese actress from Hong Kong.

Patrick Lung, also known as Lung Kong, Patrick Lung Kong, was a film director from Hong Kong. Before working at the film industry, he worked at the stock market. In the late 1950s, he was invited to join Shaw Brothers Studio to learn filmmaking and become a film director. In 1970s, he was awarded "Best Director" award at the 19th Asia-Pacific Film Festival for directing The Call Girls.
