<i>Ming Pao</i> Chinese-language newspaper from Hong Kong

Ming Pao is a Chinese-language newspaper published by Media Chinese International in Hong Kong. In the 1990s, Ming Pao established four overseas branches in North America; each provides independent reporting on local news and collects local advertisements. Currently, of the overseas editions, only the two Canadian editions remain: Ming Pao Toronto and Ming Pao Vancouver. In a 2022 survey from the Chinese University of Hong Kong sampling 994 local households, Ming Pao was listed as the second most credible paid newspaper in Hong Kong.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Neo Yau</span> Hong Kong actor (born 1990)

Neo Yau Hawk-Sau is a Hong Kong–based actor. He co-founded a political satire group called "Mocking Jer," which specialised in creative derivative work which satirized local news and government. In 2015, he gained recognition with his performance as the main character Pang Shing-Wa in She Remembers, He Forgets. In 2020, he co-founded the YouTube channel "Trial & Error" who produces short drama videos.

Mirror is a Hong Kong Cantopop boy group formed through ViuTV's reality talent show Good Night Show - King Maker in 2018. The group consists of twelve members: Frankie Chan, Alton Wong, Lokman Yeung, Stanley Yau, Anson Kong, Jer Lau, Ian Chan, Anson Lo, Jeremy Lee, Edan Lui, Keung To, and Tiger Yau. They debuted on 3 November 2018 with the single "In a Second" (一秒間).

Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In is a 2024 Hong Kong martial arts action film directed by Soi Cheang, and starring Louis Koo, Sammo Hung, Richie Jen, Raymond Lam, Terrance Lau, Kenny Wong, Philip Ng, Tony Wu and German Cheung. The film was based on the novel City of Darkness by Yuyi and the manhua of the same name by Andy Seto.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Yeung Wai Lun</span> Hong Kong actor

Yeung Wai Lun is a Hong Kong actor best known for portraying Pierre in ViuTV drama series Ossan's Love (2021) and his role based on real-life murderer Henry Chau in the legal thriller film The Sparring Partner (2022). He was nominated for Best Actor in the 41st Hong Kong Film Awards with the latter role.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Adam Pak</span> Hong Kong actor

Adam Pak Tin-nam is an Australian-born Hong Kong actor and model. Making his feature film debut as Thompson Yau in the action film L Storm (2018), Pak received a nomination for Best New Performer in the 38th Hong Kong Film Awards. He has also starred in the crime film trilogy Breakout Brothers (2021–2022), ViuTV drama series Ink at Tai Ping (2021), and the legal drama film A Guilty Conscience (2023).

Patra Au Ga-man is a Hong Kong actress and retired secondary school teacher best known for her role in the drama film Suk Suk (2020), which she won Best Supporting Actress and was nominated for Best New Performer in the 39th Hong Kong Film Awards. She was nominated for Best Supporting Actress again in the 41st Hong Kong Film Awards for her performance in the drama film The Narrow Road (2022).

Jessica Chan Yee-chun is a Hong Kong actress and a member of YouTube sketch comedy group Trial & Error.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Justin Cheung</span> Hong Kong actor

Justin Cheung Kin-sing is a Hong Kong actor. Starting his career in HMV-produced erotic films, Cheung gained recognition with his lead role as Frankie in the erotic black comedy film Due West: Our Sex Journey (2012). He then transitioned to different genres, starring in the crime film Imprisoned (2015) and the drama film The Menu (2016). Cheung achieved breakout success with the role Jiu Jik in the crime thriller series OCTB (2017). He continued to star in various productions, taking on lead roles in crime films Deception of the Novelist (2019) and the Breakout Brothers trilogy (2021–2022), as well as supporting lead roles in ViuTV action thriller series Warriors Within (2020) and action film Dynasty Warriors (2021). He is set to reprise as Jiu Jik in the upcoming OCTB 2.

One Second Champion is a 2021 Hong Kong sports film directed by Chiu Sin Hang, marking his second feature film project after Vampire Cleanup Department (2017). Chiu also takes on a lead role, alongside Endy Chow, Chanon Santinatornkul, and Lin Min Chen, portraying an asthmatic heir of a boxing gym who transforms a gambling addict with an ability to see one second into the future into a professional boxer.

<i>Stuntman</i> (2024 film) 2024 Hong Kong action film

Stuntman is a 2024 Hong Kong action film directed by Albert and Herbert Leung, marking their directorial debut as part of the First Feature Film Initiative. The film stars Terrance Lau, Stephen Tung, Philip Ng, and Cecilia Choi, and explores themes related to the stunt industry within Hong Kong action cinema, following a washed-up action director (Tung) as he attempts to make a comeback with the help of a young and passionate stuntman (Lau).

<i>Papa</i> (2024 film) 2024 Hong Kong family drama film

Papa is a 2024 Hong Kong family drama film directed and written by Philip Yung. The film is based on the real-life 2010 Heung Wo Street murder, in which a mentally unstable son killed his mother and sister, leaving his father as the sole survivor. Starring Sean Lau, Jo Koo, Dylan So, and Lainey Hung, the film is set in the aftermath of the murder and follows the father (Lau) as he navigates survivor guilt and seeks reconciliation with his son (So).

The Last Dance is a 2024 Hong Kong drama film directed and written by Anselm Chan. Starring Dayo Wong, Michael Hui, Michelle Wai, and Chu Pak Hong, the film explores themes related to Hong Kong's deathcare and follows a wedding planner (Wong) who enters the funeral industry through a partnership with a traditional Taoist priest (Hui), seeking to understand the meaning of life and death through funeral rituals.

She then landed leading roles in the films Never Too Late (2017), Napping Kid (2018), Hell Bank Presents: Running Ghost (2020), and Far Far Away (2021).

<i>Last Song for You</i> 2024 Hong Kong romance film

Last Song for You is a 2024 Hong Kong romance film directed and written by Jill Leung in his directorial debut and produced by Wilson Yip. Starring Ekin Cheng, Natalie Hsu, Ian Chan, and Cecilia Choi, the film follows a washed-up songwriter (Cheng) who embarks on a journey with the daughter of his childhood love (Hsu) to navigate his life and heal old wounds.
