It consists of an internet series, six feature films, a video game, a television special, and advertisements, featuring anthropomorphic eggs in a civilized and humorous setting.

Legend Quest is an animated horror-comedy film franchise created by Ricardo Arnaiz and produced by Mexican animation studio Ánima Estudios. It is loosely based on The Reluctant Dragon by Kenneth Grahame. It consists of seven films, a digital television series, and a mobile game. It centers on Leo San Juan, a heroic preteen boy who can communicate with ghosts and monsters; Theodora, a sassy and quirky preteen ghost girl with a know-it-all personality; Sir Andrés, an amicable but loony old knight; Alebrije, a mild-mannered mythological creature; and Finney and Morybetta, two silent calavera children. Set in the early nineteenth century, each of the films is based upon a different Mexican legend.

The Mexican animation industry is a part of Mexico's domestic film industry. It utilizes primarily the flash, CG, and traditional animation formats, typically produced on a small budget. There studios included Ánima Estudios, Animex Producciones, Huevocartoon, among others. It began in 1915 with the first animated film of the country, Mi Sueño, and continues decades later.

Surviving My Quinceañera is a 2023 Mexican comedy film directed by Chava Cartas and written by Juan Carlos Garzón and Angélica Gudiño. It stars Berenice Jonguitud accompanied by Guillermo Villegas, Verónica Bravo, Lupita Lara, Paco Luna, Sofía Carrera, Juan Pablo Fuentes, Farah Justiniani and Hanssel Casillas. It premiered on September 21, 2023, in Mexican theaters.
