The weightlifting competition at the 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games was held in Barranquilla, Colombia from 20 to 24 July at the Coliseo Universidad del Atlántico.

The Oceania Weightlifting Championships is the continental weightlifting championships for Oceanian nations, organised by the Oceania Weightlifting Federation (OWF). Since 1993, the event also incorporates the South Pacific Weightlifting Championships.

Weightlifting at the 2011 Arafura Games took place at the Darwin Entertainment Centre between 10 and 13 May 2011.
