This is a list of cricket leagues in T20 format at the domestic level in all the major cricket playing countries. In 2003, the England and Wales Association introduced the first T20 domestic league named the Twenty20 Cup (now known as T20 Blast).

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) is the governing body for cricket in Sri Lanka. It was first registered with the Sri Lankan Ministry of Sports as the Board of Cricket for Sri Lanka (BCCSL) on 30 June 1975 as a national sports body. The board was renamed in 2003. The SLC operates all of the Sri Lankan national representative cricket sides, including the Men's, Women's and Under-19 sides. The SLC is also responsible for organising and hosting Test tours and one day internationals with other nations, and scheduling the home international fixtures.
Twenty20 or Twenty - Twenty(20-20)(T20) is a shortened game format of cricket. At the professional level, it was introduced by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in 2003 for the inter-county competition. In a Twenty20 game, the two teams have a single innings each, which is restricted to a maximum of twenty overs. Together with first-class and List A cricket, Twenty20 is one of the three current forms of cricket recognised by the International Cricket Council (ICC) as being at the highest international or domestic level.
The T20 Blast, currently named the Vitality Blast for sponsorship reasons, is a professional Twenty20 cricket competition for English and Welsh first-class counties. The competition was established by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in 2003. It is the top-level Twenty20 competition in England and Wales.
Christopher Henry GayleOD is a Jamaican cricketer who has been playing international cricket for the West Indies since 1999. Nicknamed "The Universe Boss", Gayle is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most destructive batsmen to have played Twenty20 cricket, and by some as the best ever. He played a crucial role in the West Indies teams that won the 2004 ICC Champions Trophy, 2012 ICC World Twenty20 and 2016 ICC World Twenty20.
Shoaib Malik is a Pakistani cricketer who plays for the Pakistan national cricket team and currently plays for Karachi Kings in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). He was the captain of the Pakistan national cricket team from 2007 to 2009. He made his One-Day International debut in 1999 against the West Indies and his Test debut in 2001 against Bangladesh. On 3 November 2015, he announced his retirement from Test cricket to focus on 2019 Cricket World Cup. On 2 July 2018, he became the first male cricketer to play 100 T20Is. On 5 July 2019, he announced his retirement from One Day International cricket after Pakistan won their last group stage game against Bangladesh at Lord's at the 2019 Cricket World Cup. Malik was a member of the Pakistan team that won the 2009 ICC World Twenty20.
Thomas Masson Moody is a former Australian international cricketer and current Director of Cricket of Sri Lanka Cricket. He ended his long tenure with the Indian Premier League team Sunrisers Hyderabad in August 2022 and was earlier appointed Director of Cricket at Desert Vipers, one of the six franchises in the ILT20, which is scheduled to begin in the UAE in January 2023. Moody was a part of the Australian team that won their first world title during the 1987 Cricket World Cup, and their second in the 1999 Cricket World Cup.
Kieron Adrian Pollard is a Trinidadian who is a former West Indies cricketer. He has captained the West Indies cricket team in limited overs cricket. He currently plays in various T20 leagues around the globe as an all-rounder. He was part of the 2012 ICC World T20 winning team for West Indies.
The 2006–07 Australian cricket season is made up of three domestic competitions for the men; the first-class Pura Cup, the List A Ford Ranger One Day Cup and the Twenty20 competition KFC Twenty20 Big Bash. The women compete in the Women's National Cricket League, although Tasmania does not have a first-class women's team. The season started on 11 October 2006 with a domestic Ford Ranger One Day Cup match between Queensland and Tasmania, and culminated with the World Cup Final between Australia and Sri Lanka on 28 April 2007.
Andre Fletcher is a Grenadian cricketer who plays internationally for the West Indies. He is a right-handed batsman and often keeps wicket. He played domestic cricket for Windward Islands and Grenada. He was one of the few international cricketers to have come from Grenada. Fletcher was a member of the West Indies team that won the 2016 T20 World Cup.
The ICC Men's T20 World Cup is the international championship of Twenty20. Organised by cricket's governing body, the International Cricket Council (ICC), the tournament consists of 20 teams, with top 12 teams from the previous tournament getting automatic qualifications. while the 8 other teams chosen through the Regional Qualifiers
Cricket West Indies (CWI) is the governing body for cricket in the West Indies. It was originally formed in the early 1920s as the West Indies Cricket Board of Control, but changed its name to West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) in 1996. In November 2015, the Board resolved to rename itself as Cricket West Indies as part of a restructuring exercise that would also see the creation of a separate commercial body. This rebranding formally occurred in May 2017.

Sohail Tanvir is a Pakistani former cricketer, who has gained considerable international repute for his unorthodox left arm bowling action and particularly for the success it has gained him in the Twenty20 format of the game. He was a member of the Pakistan team that won the 2009 ICC World Twenty20. Tanvir was the first 'purple cap' winner in the inaugural edition of the Indian Premier League and his best figures were 6 for 14 playing for the Rajasthan Royals. This bowling record lasted for over a decade in the IPL. His figures in the Caribbean Premier League for the Guyana Amazon Warriors against Barbados are some of the most impressive of all time Other notable mentions in the Caribbean Premier League include an 18 ball 50 playing for the St Lucia Zouks at the Daren Sammy Stadium including smashing three consecutive sixes against Kieron Pollard. Tanvir continues to play in franchise leagues across the globe as one of the most prolific bowling all-rounders in world cricket with economical bowling figures and an impressive strike rate. Sohail Tanvir will be representing the Multan Sultans when the PSL resumes for the finals of the series in November 2020 after the team ended the league stage on top of the table. He is currently enrolled in the USA Open draft for the upcoming edition of the tournament running from 16 to 20 December 2020. In a 2020 interview, Tanvir described his 2007 Test debut wicket of Rahul Dravid in Delhi as the 'ball of his life' when the ball pitched outside leg stump and shattered 'the wall's off-stump in an unplayable manner.
The Caribbean Twenty20 was an annual tournament Twenty20 cricket tournament in the West Indies that was held four times from 2010 to 2013. The top performing domestic team qualified for the Champions League Twenty20 tournament. It was replaced by the Caribbean Premier League, whose first season began in July 2013.
The Big Bash League is an Australian men's professional club Twenty20 cricket league, which was established in 2011 by Cricket Australia. The Big Bash League replaced the previous competition, the KFC Twenty20 Big Bash, and features eight city-based franchises instead of the six state teams which had participated previously. The competition has been sponsored by fast food-chicken outlet KFC since its inception. It was in 2016/17 one of the two T20 cricket leagues, alongside the Indian Premier League, to feature amongst the top ten domestic sport leagues in average attendance. The winner of BBL 12 (2022/2023) was the Perth Scorchers, who beat the Brisbane Heat by 5 wickets in the final.
SLC Super Provincial Twenty20, earlier known as SLC Inter-Provincial Twenty20, was a Twenty20 domestic Cricket competition in Sri Lanka held by Sri Lanka Cricket. It was one of three Inter-Provincial Cricket tournaments. Sri Lanka used to have a Twenty20 Tournament which was conducted from 2004 to 2008 and was held between the clubs in Sri Lanka. From 2008 to 2011 the Inter-Provincial Twenty20 became the mainstream domestic Twenty20 competition in Sri Lanka. Wayamba elevens has been in all finals and won the first three tournaments, while Ruhuna won the final tournament. It was replaced by the Sri Lanka Premier League in 2012, but later revived in 2016, as Super Fours Provincial T20 Tournament. but it was replaced by the SLC T20 League.
Samuel Badree is a former Trinidadian cricketer and cricket coach who played international cricket for the West Indies. He is a right-arm leg-spin bowler.
The 2013 Champions League Twenty20 (CLT20) was the fifth edition of Champions League Twenty20, an international Twenty20 cricket tournament. It was held in India from 17 September to 6 October 2013.
The Caribbean Premier League is an annual Twenty20 cricket tournament held in the Caribbean. It was founded by Cricket West Indies in 2013 to replace the Caribbean Twenty20 as the premier Twenty20 competition in the Caribbean. It is currently sponsored by Republic Bank Limited and consequently officially named the Republic Bank CPL. The inaugural tournament was won by the Jamaica Tallawahs who defeated the Guyana Amazon Warriors in the final.
Fox Cricket is an Australian subscription television channel dedicated to screening cricket matches and related programming. It is owned by Fox Sports Pty Limited and is available throughout Australia on Foxtel. The channel was launched on 17 September 2018.
