This is a list of affiliates of the Trinity Broadcasting Network, a religious television network founded by Paul and Jan Crouch. All stations listed here are owned and operated directly by TBN or owned by TBN subsidiary Community Educational Television, unless otherwise noted. Most of the stations also carry programming from TBN Inspire, Positiv, TBN Enlace USA, and Smile on separate subchannels.

The Trinity Broadcasting Network is an international Christian-based broadcast television network and the world's largest religious television network. TBN was headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, until March 3, 2017, when it sold its highly visible office park, Trinity Christian City. The broadcaster retained its studios in nearby Tustin. Auxiliary studio facilities are located in Irving, Hendersonville, Gadsden, Decatur, Miami and Orlando, Tulsa and New York City. TBN has characterized itself as broadcasting programs hosted by a diverse group of ministries from Evangelical, traditional Protestant and Catholic denominations, non-profit charities, Messianic Jewish and Christian media personalities. TBN also offers a wide range of original programming, faith-based films, and political opinion commentary from various distributors.
WSFJ-TV is a television station licensed to London, Ohio, United States, broadcasting the digital multicast network Scripps News to the Columbus area. Owned and operated by the Ion Media subsidiary of the E. W. Scripps Company, the station maintains studios on North Central Drive in Lewis Center, Ohio.
WUDL-LD, virtual channel 19, is a low-power television station licensed to Detroit, Michigan, United States. The station is owned by the DTV America subsidiary of HC2 Holdings. The station's transmitter is located in Oak Park, Michigan at a power of 10 kilowatts. It formerly broadcast on UHF 47 at 2.7 kW with a northerly-aimed directional antenna to protect adjacent-channel WMNT-CD in Toledo, Ohio, from a tower located at the Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit.
JUCE TV was a youth-oriented Christian television network and is a current YouTube channel owned and operated by the Trinity Broadcasting Network. The channel is aimed at teenagers and young adults between the ages of 13 and 30 years, and features a format similar to MTV and MTVU, airing Christian music videos, and original content such as Christian-themed entertainment and lifestyle programming, along with some church services.
In broadcasting, digital subchannels are a method of transmitting more than one independent program stream simultaneously from the same digital radio or television station on the same radio frequency channel. This is done by using data compression techniques to reduce the size of each individual program stream, and multiplexing to combine them into a single signal. The practice is sometimes called "multicasting".
WDLI-TV is a television station licensed to Canton, Ohio, United States, serving the Cleveland–Akron area as an affiliate of the digital multicast network Scripps News. It is owned by Inyo Broadcast Holdings alongside Ion Television affiliate WVPX-TV.
Smile is a Christian free-to-air television network owned and operated by the Trinity Broadcasting Network. The network is aimed at children aged 2-12 and offers a mixture of children's religious and family-oriented programming. The network was founded as the television branch of TBN's Smile of a Child ministry, created by TBN co-founder Jan Crouch.
WWMW-LD is a low-power television station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. The station is owned by SagamoreHill Broadcasting. It had been licensed to Sheboygan until 2011.
KJNK-LD is a low-power television station licensed to Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, serving the Twin Cities area as an affiliate of the Spanish-language network Telemundo. The station is owned by HC2 Holdings. KJNK-LD's transmitter is located at the IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis.
KJNB-LD is a low-power television station in Jonesboro, Arkansas, United States, affiliated with Fox and CBS. Owned by Coastal Television Broadcasting Company LLC, the station maintains a small office in the Regions Bank Building in Jonesboro, and its transmitter is located on Highway 91/Southern Avenue in unincorporated Lawrence County, southeast of Walnut Ridge.
KAHC-LD is a low-power television station in Sacramento, California, United States, affiliated with the Spanish-English bilingual network LATV and is also affiliated with Cozi TV on its third digital subchannel. The station is owned by Innovate Corp. Operator DTV America Corporation, which also operates Stockton-licensed KFKK-LD, retains the station license.
