The network's operations are located at the UNC Center for Public Television at Research Triangle Park between Raleigh and Durham.

WZBJ-CD is a low-power, Class A television station licensed to Lynchburg, Virginia, United States. It is a translator of Danville-licensed MyNetworkTV affiliate WZBJ which is owned by Gray Television; the WZBJ stations collectively serve as a sister outlet to Roanoke-licensed CBS affiliate WDBJ. WZBJ-CD's transmitter is located on Candlers Mountain near the campus of the station's former owner, Liberty University; its parent station shares studios with WDBJ on Hershberger Road in northwest Roanoke.

Owned by HC2 Holdings, it is a sister station to Bowling Green, Kentucky–licensed WCTZ-LD, which also serves Nashville. WKUW-LD's transmitter is located in Whites Creek, Tennessee, just off I-24 and Old Hickory Boulevard.

KPMF-LD is a low-power television station in Memphis, Tennessee, United States, affiliated with several digital multicast networks. It is owned by Innovate Corp. alongside WQEK-LD. The two stations' transmitters are co-located on the WATN/WLMT tower off Brief Road in the Brunswick section of unincorporated northeast Shelby County.

Both stations share studios on Lookout Drive in North Mankato, while KMNF-LD's transmitter is located near Lewisville, Minnesota.
