KMTR is a television station in Eugene, Oregon, United States, affiliated with NBC and The CW Plus. It is owned by Roberts Media, LLC, which maintains a shared services agreement (SSA) with Sinclair Broadcast Group, owner of CBS affiliate KVAL-TV, for the provision of certain services. The two stations share studios on Blanton Road in Eugene, where KMTR's transmitter is also located. KMTR maintained separate facilities on International Court in Springfield, Oregon, until 2020 when the station relocated to KVAL's building; master control and some internal operations for KMTR were based at the KVAL studios.
KERA is a National Public Radio member FM station serving North Texas, United States. KERA also relays its programming to three separate FM relay translators, extending the coverage area of KERA's programming into the Sherman-Denison area, Wichita Falls, and Tyler.
KTVT, branded CBS Texas, is a television station licensed to Fort Worth, Texas, United States, serving as the CBS outlet for the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. It is owned by the network's CBS News and Stations division alongside independent outlet KTXA. The two stations share primary studio facilities on Bridge Street east of downtown Fort Worth; KTVT operates a secondary studio and newsroom—which also houses advertising sales offices for the stations, as well as the Dallas bureau for CBS News—at the CBS Tower on North Central Expressway in Dallas. KTVT's transmitter is located in Cedar Hill, Texas.
KERA-TV is a PBS member television station licensed to Dallas, Texas, United States, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Owned by North Texas Public Broadcasting, Inc., it is sister to NPR member station KERA, adult album alternative station KKXT, and classical music station WRR. The stations share studios on Harry Hines Boulevard; KERA-TV's transmitter is located in Cedar Hill, Texas.
KDTN is a religious television station licensed to Denton, Texas, United States, serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex as the flagship outlet of the Daystar Television Network. The station's studios are co-located with Daystar headquarters off SH 121 in Bedford, and its transmitter is located on Tar Road in Cedar Hill, just south of the Dallas–Ellis county line. It is operated separately from sister station KPTD-LP in Paris, Texas, which shares spectrum with full-power KDTN despite being licensed as a low-power station.
WBSF, branded CW 46, is a television station licensed to Bay City, Michigan, United States, serving northeastern Michigan as an affiliate of The CW. It is owned by Cunningham Broadcasting, which maintains a shared services agreement (SSA) with Sinclair Broadcast Group, owner of Flint-licensed Fox affiliate WSMH, for the provision of certain services. Sinclair also operates Saginaw-licensed NBC affiliate WEYI-TV under a separate SSA with owner Howard Stirk Holdings.
WCTV is a television station licensed to Thomasville, Georgia, United States, serving the Tallahassee, Florida, market as an affiliate of CBS and MyNetworkTV. It is owned by Gray Television alongside Live Oak, Florida–licensed MeTV affiliate WFXU. The two stations share studios on Halstead Boulevard in Tallahassee ; WCTV's transmitter is located in unincorporated Thomas County, Georgia, southeast of Metcalf, along the Florida state line.
WHAM-TV is a television station in Rochester, New York, United States, affiliated with ABC and The CW. It is owned by Deerfield Media, which maintains a local marketing agreement (LMA) with Sinclair Broadcast Group, owner of Fox affiliate WUHF, for the provision of certain services. The two stations share studios on West Henrietta Road in Henrietta ; WHAM-TV's transmitter is located on Pinnacle Hill on the border between Rochester and Brighton.
