The abbreviation S.A. or SA designates a type of limited company in certain countries, most of which have a Romance language as their official language and employ civil law. Originally, shareholders could be literally anonymous and collect dividends by surrendering coupons attached to their share certificates. Dividends were therefore paid to whomever held the certificate. Share certificates could be transferred privately, and therefore the management of the company would not necessarily know who owned its shares.

The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Macau) Limited formerly known as the Seng Heng Bank Limited established in 2009, is the third largest locally incorporated bank in Macau, China. In August 2007, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) acquired a 79.9 percent share in the bank, which became a subsidiary of ICBC. In July 2009, the merger was finalized and renamed ICBC (Macau) as such all branches of Seng Heng Bank are now re-branded as ICBC (Macau).

It was wholly owned by China Construction Bank (Asia), a wholly owned subsidiary of China Construction Bank, and renamed from China Construction Bank (Macau) Corporation Limited (Chinese: 中國建設銀行(澳門)股份有限公司)) after its incorporation with China Construction Bank in June 2014. It now has 8 subbranches in Macau offering retail banking products and services, a Commercial Banking Division and a China Enterprise Division offering commercial banking products and services. It was originated from the Bank of Canton (Macau Branch) which was established in 1936.

Jiangsu Shagang Group Huaigang Special Steel Co., Ltd. is a Chinese steel manufacturer based in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province. It was a subsidiary of privately held company Shagang Group via its publicly traded subsidiary Shagang Company for 63.79% stake, from 2010 to 2015. As at 31 December 2013, Huaigang accounted for 99.9% revenue and 97% assets of Shagang Company. However, as at 31 December 2015, Shagang Group owned just 19.88% stake in Shagang Company; in turn Shagang Company owned 63.79% stake of Huaigang. Shagang Group sold 55.12% stake of Shagang Company in 2015, for about CN¥4.6 billion.
The COVID-19 pandemic in Macau was a part of the ongoing worldwide pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. The first known case of the disease in the special administrative region of China was confirmed on 22 January 2020. The city saw nine more cases by 4 February, but no more cases until 15 March, when imported cases began to appear. Stringent government measures have included the 15-day closure of all 81 casinos in the territory in February 2020; in addition, effective 25 March, the territory disallowed connecting flights at its airport as well as entry by all non-residents, and from 6 April, the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge was closed to public transport and most other traffic.
Zepp New Taipei is a music hall located in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The venue was inaugurated in 2020 and belongs to the Zepp group of concert halls in Japan and across Asia.
