Essex County is a county in the northeastern part of the U.S. state of Massachusetts. New York State Route 194 (NY 194) was a 9.49-mile-long (15.27 km) state highway that was located in Lewis County, New York. It began at an intersection with NY 177 in Barnes Corners, a hamlet within the town of Pinckney, and progressed northeast to its northern terminus at a junction with NY 12 in Copenhagen.

Van Loan Hill is a mountain in Greene County, New York. It is located in the Catskill Mountains southwest of Maplecrest. Round Hill is located west, Elm Ridge is located north-northeast, and East Jewett Range is located south of Van Loan Hill.
