Choorian was the first film ever to cross the 20 crore mark in Pakistan and it was released back in 1998. Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2 is the first movie to cross the 50 crore mark and The Legend of Maula Jatt is the first and only movie to cross the 100 crore mark in Pakistan.

Spider-Man: No Way Home records the biggest opening weekend for any film during the COVID-19 pandemic in Pakistan, third highest for a Hollywood release which grossed nearly 9.2 crore, [26] highest grossing film during Covid-19, and Pakistan is one of the few countries where Spider-Man: No Way Home has managed to surpass the record of Avengers: Endgame to become the highest grossing Hollywood film in the country. [7] Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness released in Pakistan 3 days after Eid al-Fitr when five local films were already running in theaters from Eid Day 1 but still managed to surpass them all. This angered local producers and they demanded a ban on foreign films but the fans' reaction on social media blocked off the protest as the audience was more interested in watching Doctor Strange which later became the highest grossing film of 2022 at the Pakistani box office where it grossed more than 23 crore. The Legend of Maula Jatt is a 2022 Pakistani Punjabi-language action drama film directed by Bilal Lashari and written by Nasir Adeeb. The film is an adaptation and a soft reboot of the 1979 Lollywood film Maula Jatt. It is produced by Ammara Hikmat and Asad Jamil Khan under the production banner of Lashari Films and Encyclomedia. It is based on the characters and stories by Nasir Adeeb. The film stars Fawad Khan as the titular character with Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaima Malik, Faris Shafi and Mahira Khan. In the film, a local folk hero named Maula Jatt takes on his arch nemesis and the leader of a brutal clan, Noori Natt.
Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2, sometimes abbreviated as JPNA 2, is a 2018 Pakistani Urdu-language romantic comedy film, directed by Nadeem Baig and written by Vasay Chaudhry. It is a joint venture of Salman Iqbal Films, Humayun Saeed and Shahzad Nasib's Six Sigma Plus, and Jerjees Seja's ARY Films. It is sequel to the 2015 film Jawani Phir Nahi Ani, and the second installment in Jawani Phir Nahi Ani film series. The cast includes Humayun Saeed, Ahmed Ali Butt, Vasay Chaudhry, Uzma Khan and Sarwat Gillani all of whom reprise their roles from previous film, along with Fahad Mustafa, Kubra Khan, and Mawra Hocane who join the franchise.
The Donkey King is a 2018 Pakistani animated comedy film, directed by Aziz Jindani. The film features the voices of Jan Rambo, Ismail Tara, Hina Dilpazeer, Ghulam Mohiuddin, and Jawed Sheikh. It was released in Pakistan on 13 October 2018 by Geo Films and Talisman Animation Studios. After its national success, it became the first Pakistani film to be dubbed into ten languages for multiple international theatrical releases, distributed worldwide by Annalisa Zanierato, for Pantera Film.

Wrong No. 2 is a 2019 Pakistani romantic comedy film. It is a sequel to the 2015 film Wrong No., directed by Yasir Nawaz, produced by Sh Amjad Rasheed and Hassan Zia. It is the second installment in Wrong No. film series. The film features Sami Khan and Neelam Muneer in leading roles. Supporting cast includes Jawed Sheikh, Mehmood Aslam, Ahmad Hassan and Danish Nawaz.
Baaji is a 2019 Pakistani romantic drama film, directed by Saqib Malik and produced by his Production company Page 33 Films. The film features Meera as Shameera Osman Khalid Butt as Rohail Khan/ Khalid Osman, Amna Ilyas as Neha, Mohsin Abbas Haider as Ajji, Ali Kazmi as Rammy, Nayyar Ejaz, and Nisho in pivotal roles. It is a dramatic tale of a fading Lollywood actress Shameera (Meera), who is not accepting that now her position in the industry is not much valuable. The story revolves around the relationship of Shameera with a Salon girl Neha who later becomes an assistant of Shameera and make this opportunity happens of working with an American Based Pakistani Director Rohail Khan. Neha who belongs to a conservative lower middle class family then also make herself involved in Shameera's comeback movie titled Waapsi by helping them in rehearsals and script making so far she get a chance to take a supporting role in the movie. The film includes Ali Kazmi as Raamy who is highly aggressive about Shameera. Mohsin Abbas Haider plays the love interest of neha's character, while the Legendary actor Nayyer Ejaz supports the film by his great comics and unforgettable role as Chand Kamal, film also includes numerous well-known faces from the industry as in cameo appearances.
London Nahi Jaunga is a 2022 Pakistani Urdu and Punjabi-language drama comedy film, directed by Nadeem Baig, produced by Humayun Saeed under the banner of Six Sigma Plus, and written by Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar. It is a spin-off of the 2017 film Punjab Nahi Jaungi. It stars Huamayun Saeed and Mehwish Hayat alongside Sohail Ahmed, Kubra Khan, Asif Raza Mir and Saba Faisal in supporting roles.
