Walt Disney resigned as chairman sometime before 1960 so he could focus more on the creative aspects of the company. He remained a member of the board of directors and an employee with the title "executive producer in charge of all production." [1] The chairman office was vacant until 1964.

ABC Signature Television production studio of Walt Disney Television

ABC Signature is an American television production studio that is a subsidiary of Disney Television Studios, a division of Walt Disney Television, which is part of the Disney General Entertainment Content division of The Walt Disney Company. The studio is the production arm of the ABC television network, and originally started in 1950 as the television unit of Walt Disney Productions, later Walt Disney Television in 1985, and launched a subsidiary, the first incarnation of Touchstone Television, established in 1985 and renamed ABC Studios in 2007. It adopted its current identity on August 10, 2020 after a merger between ABC Studios and the original ABC Signature Studios.

Lisa Caputo

Lisa Caputo is the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for The Travelers Companies, Inc. She joined Travelers on June 1, 2011. At Travelers, she is a member of the Management and Operating Committees and the Travelers Foundation Board. She leads the company's marketing, research, branding, corporate communications, customer experience and creative services functions and works closely with investor relations and government relations. Previously she was Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs for Citigroup. She was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Citi's Women & Co. business from January 2000 until 2010. She was a member of Citi's Senior Leadership Committee and is the Co-Head of Citi's Women's Initiative.

The Walt Disney Studios is an American film and entertainment studio, and is the Studios Content segment of The Walt Disney Company. Based in Burbank, California, the studio is best known for its multi-faceted film divisions. Founded in 1923, it is the fourth-oldest and one of the "Big Five" major film studios.

Walt Disney Television is an American entertainment company that oversees television content and assets owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company. Forming the company's General Entertainment division, it was formerly called Disney–ABC Television Group, ABC Group before that, and Capital Cities/ABC initially, until Disney's acquisition of 21st Century Fox on March 20, 2019. Assets in the group include television networks: ABC Entertainment, Disney Channels, and FX Networks; Disney Television Studios: ABC Signature, 20th Television and 20th Television Animation; and Hulu Originals.

Disney Platform Distribution is a business unit within Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution (DMED) that manages all third-party media sales efforts for distribution, affiliate marketing and affiliate-related business operations for all of the company's direct-to-consumer services and linear media networks; content sales agreements for General Entertainment, Studios and Sports; as well as global theatrical film distribution; management of the El Capitan Theatre and the Disney Music Group.

Marvel Television Defunct television production company

Marvel Television was an American television production company responsible for live-action and animated television shows and direct-to-DVD series based on characters from Marvel Comics. The division was based at affiliate ABC Studios' location. Marvel Television also collaborated with 20th Century Fox in producing shows based on the X-Men franchise such as Legion and The Gifted. The division was transferred to Marvel Studios from Marvel Entertainment in October 2019, and was folded into the former two months later. Marvel Television is currently used as a label.

Rich Ross is the former Group President of Discovery Channel and Science Channel. Earlier in his tenure at Discovery he also oversaw Animal Planet and Velocity. He was CEO of TikTok and COO of its parent company ByteDance Ltd in 2020. Mayer is the former Chairman of the Direct-to-Consumer & International division of The Walt Disney Company. He was previously the senior executive vice president and chief strategy officer of Disney where he led their acquisitions of Pixar, Marvel Entertainment, BamTech, Lucasfilm, and 21st Century Fox. He also directed the divestitures of Miramax and ABC Radio.

David Stainton is an American film and television executive. He was the president of Walt Disney Feature Animation from 2003 to 2006, a period during which the studio converted from a traditional animation studio to a computer animation production company. The films Chicken Little (2005) and Meet the Robinsons (2007) were produced during Stainton's tenure at the studio.

Sheraton Kalouria is an American television executive based in Los Angeles, California, and the former president and chief marketing officer at Sony Pictures Television.

Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer & International A now-defunct segment of Disney

Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer & International (DTCI) was a business segment and division of The Walt Disney Company consisting of Disney's streaming services and overseas media businesses, formed in March 2018. As part of the segment's formation, Disney Streaming Services was placed under Direct-to-Consumer & International.

Mattel Television is the television production division of Mattel originally founded as Mattel Creations, an American English content production division of the aforementioned company on March 30, 2016, headed by executive producer Adam Bonnett.

Tom Ascheim American television producer and executive

Tom Ascheim is an American television producer and executive. He has been the president of Warner Bros. Global Kids, Young Adults and Classics since July 2020. From 1998 to 2003, Ascheim was the general manager of Noggin, which started as a tween-targeted channel co-owned by Nickelodeon and Sesame Workshop. Ascheim later held several executive roles for both Nickelodeon and Sesame Workshop. From 2013 to 2020, he was the president of the cable channel ABC Family, which was renamed Freeform in 2016.

Disney Media Networks was a business segment of The Walt Disney Company that oversaw the company's television networks, cable channels, television production and distribution studios, and owned-and-operated television stations. The segment's primary divisions were Walt Disney Television and ESPN. It also managed Disney's 50% stake in A&E Networks. On 12 October 2020, the assets were restructured into Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution, Disney General Entertainment Content and ESPN and Sports Content, causing the latter segment has been shutdown and dissolved.
