King School, formerly King Low Heywood Thomas, is a private day school for pre-kindergarten through grade 12 in Stamford, Connecticut, United States. King attracts students from 30 towns in the Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York areas. It operates as a 501c(3) non-profit institution and serves approximately 700 students.

Michael "Mickey" Sherman is a Connecticut-based American criminal defense attorney. He is known for his representation of Michael Skakel. Sherman's client was found guilty. In October 2013, a judge ordered a retrial for Skakel, citing Sherman's "glaring ineffectiveness"; the State appealed to the Connecticut Supreme Court, which reinstated the conviction on December 30, 2016, as reported by the New York Times on December 31, 2016. On May, 4, 2018, the conviction was overturned by the Connecticut Supreme Court.

Caroline B. Simmons is an American politician serving as the mayor of Stamford, Connecticut. A member of the Democratic Party, she previously served as State Representative for Connecticut's 144th District, where she was the youngest female legislator in Connecticut state office. She is married to former Republican State Senator Art Linares. Simmons won the 2021 Stamford mayoral election, becoming the city's first female mayor.

Titan Towers is an office building located in Stamford, Connecticut, United States. It served as the global headquarters for the American professional wrestling and entertainment company WWE from 1991 to 2023. WWE, a subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings (TKO), later moved their global headquarters to Washington Boulevard in Stamford, with TKO establishing its headquarters in New York City.
