Maharaja Ganga Singh University (MGSU), formerly University of Bikaner (UOB), is a university located in Bikaner district of Rajasthan, India. The university was established in 2003.

MGSU Bikaner is a state Govt. University of Rajasthan, with a sprawling campus of around 1100 acres. The University campus has all basic amenities including a grand & huge auditorium, indoor stadium and bank (PNB). Manoj Dixit is the vice-chancellor of Maharaja Ganga Singh University. [1]

It attracts the students from various parts of the country. It is an affiliating university and it has faculties of science, commerce and management, arts, social sciences, law and education. The university runs a number of programmes, as per CBCS & NEP 2020, PhD, M.Sc., MBA, M.Com., M.A., M.Ed., B.Ed., B.P.Ed., BCA, B.Sc., BBA, PGDSM, BFA, L.L.B., L.L.M., Diploma in Labour Law, Diploma, B.Com., and B.A. . The PG programmes offered by the university campus like M.Sc. Computer Science, are well-designed and well-structured.

Junagarh Fort is a fort in the city of Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. Raja Dhaj, Ror Kumar, ruled over the principality of Junagarh in the fifth century BC.
