Manganui Ski Area, located in Taranaki, in New Zealand's North Island is a club skifield. Like all club fields, it has accommodation onsite, in the form of the 33-bed Manganui Lodge. It has 3 rope ski tows and a T-bar covering a beginner-intermediate terrain of 59 hectares. The elevation ranges from 1260 to 1680 m.

Ogden Dunes is a town in Portage Township, Porter County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. It is located on the shore of Lake Michigan, within Indiana Dunes National Park and nearly surrounded by the city of Portage. The population was 1,110 at the 2010 census. It is named for multi-millionaire Francis A. Ogden, who owned the land there before his death in 1914. His main interest in the land where the dunes are was the sand which could be scooped up and sold, with more sand being replenished naturally over time.

While members of the public can ski, members of the club receive heavily discounted rates, in exchange for a yearly membership fee and usually several days of voluntary work maintaining the resort.
Badger Mountain Ski Area is a small ski area, 4 miles SW of Waterville, Washington. It is located on the northeastern flank of Badger Mountain. Established in 1939, it is currently a volunteer-run ski area sponsored by the local Waterville Lions Club. The resort has a relatively low elevation, of 3,145 ft (959 m), therefore the ski area does not usually receive adequate snow until January. The ski area has one small lodge, which has a small selection of rentals, and a kitchen.
Karehana Bay is a bay and nearby residential area at the western end of Plimmerton, a northern coastal locality of Porirua. It is located near the entrance to the Porirua Harbour, to the south-east of Hongoeka. It is about 5 minutes drive to Karehana Bay from the State Highway 59 turnoff to Plimmerton. The area looks out towards Mana Island and across Cook Strait to the South Island.

Crystal Mountain Resort was a day-use ski area near West Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. It operated two chairlifts and one surface lift: a GMD Mueller double chair, a Poma triple chair, and a Doppelmayr T-bar. The ski area had 30 designated groomed runs and the resort also featured many different tree trails and some glades. Despite the smaller size of the resort, which was considerably smaller than neighbouring resorts such as Big White Ski Resort and Silver Star Mountain Resort, the mountain was a good size and a popular destination for both experienced and first-time skiers, snowboarders and snowshoers. Despite the lower elevation, the area receives heavy snowfall each year with many powder days throughout the winter season. It was long known as Last Mountain Ski Resort but changed its name to Crystal Mountain Resort in 1992. Crystal Mountain Resort offered lessons for skiing and snowboarding and also offered rentals for snowshoeing. It has not been in operation since 2014 due to a lift malfunction of the red double chair.
