As per orders of the Delimitation Commission, No. 167 Maniktala (Vidhan Sabha constituency) is composed of the following: Ward Nos. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 31 and 32 of Kolkata municipal corporation. [1]

Maniktala (Vidhan Sabha constituency) is part of No. 24 Kolkata Uttar (Lok Sabha constituency). [1] Prior to the 2009 Indian general election it was part of Calcutta North East (Lok Sabha constituency). [2]
