As per orders of the Delimitation Commission, No. 33 Hemtabad (Vidhan Sabha constituency) (SC) covers Hemtabad community development block and Bhatol, Bindol, Jagadishpur, Mahipur, Sherpur, Rampur and Sitgram gram panchayats of Raiganj community development block. [4]
