The 1920 Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the VII Olympiad and commonly known as Antwerp 1920, were an international multi-sport event held in 1920 in Antwerp, Belgium.
Peggy Gale Fleming is an American former figure skater. She is the 1968 Winter Olympic Champion in the ladies' singles, being the only American gold medalist at these Games, and a three-time World Champion (1966–1968) in the same event. Fleming has been a television commentator in figure skating for over 20 years, including at several Winter Olympic Games.

Shooting at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal comprised seven events, all mixed. For the first time ever, a woman won an Olympic medal in shooting: Margaret Murdock received silver in the three positions event. Lanny Bassham and Murdock tied for first place, but Murdock was placed second after review of the targets. Bassham suggested that two gold medals be given, and after this request was declined, asked Murdock to share the top step with him at the award ceremony. Women had no separate shooting events at the time and were allowed to compete with men. Murdock became the first woman to win an Olympic medal in shooting.

Frances Cowells Schroth was an American competition swimmer, Olympic champion, and former world record-holder. She represented the United States at the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp, Belgium. She won the gold medal as member of the first-place U.S. team in the 4×100-meter freestyle relay, together with Margaret Woodbridge, Irene Guest and Ethelda Bleibtrey. The American relay team set a new world record of 5:11.6 in the event final. Individually, she also won bronze medals for her third-place performances in the women's 100-meter freestyle (1:17.2) and the women's 300-meter freestyle (4:52.0).
Margaret Darling Woodbridge, also known by her married name Margaret Presley, was an American competition swimmer, Olympic champion, and world record-holder.
Jennifer Margaret Armstrong is an Olympic sailor from New Zealand. After competing for her native country at the 1992 Olympics, she moved to Australia in 1996 and won a historic sailing gold for her adopted country at the 2000 Olympics.
Sharon Tina "Tammy" Jenkins is a badminton player from New Zealand. She competed at the 1994 Commonwealth Games in Victoria, Canada. At the 1998 Commonwealth Games she won a bronze medal partnering Rhona Robertson in women's doubles. Four years later at the 2002 Commonwealth Games, she won another bronze medal in the mixed team.

The triathlon events at the 2012 Summer Olympics were held in Hyde Park in London, United Kingdom, with the women's triathlon held on 4 August and the men's on 7 August. 110 triathletes from 39 countries competed with 55 men and 55 women competing. The races were held over the "international distance" and consisted of 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) swimming, 43 kilometres (27 mi) road cycling, and 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) road running.
David Andrew Jenkins is a former World ranked no.1 400m track and field sprinter who also ran other sprint distances. He is, statistically, the highest ranking Scottish sprinter in history, above 1980 Olympic 100m champion Allan Wells. He was part of the UK relay team which won a silver medal at the 1972 Munich Summer Olympics. Anabolic steroids were banned from athletics in 1976, and Jenkins has said that he began using steroids around then; although his times slowed from this point due in part to his increased propensity for injury. He was a finalist in the 1976 and 1980 Olympics 400m. He received a 7-year prison sentence in the 1980s for drug smuggling, but was able to serve a reduced period of 10-1/2 months by becoming an informant. Jenkins has subsequently had a business career in the United States. He is the brother of Roger Jenkins, also formerly an international athlete, who became one of the UK's highest paid bankers.
Anna Margaret Windsor is an Australian former competitive swimmer who won four medals in freestyle relays at the world championships in 1993, 1995 and 1998. She also competed at the 1996 and 2000 Summer Olympics and finished sixth in the 4×100-metre freestyle relay in 1996.
Sara Jenkins was a Canadian swimmer. She competed at the 1956 Summer Olympics and the 1960 Summer Olympics. She died of complications of Alzheimer's disease in 2020.

Margaret Ann Shurrock is a former New Zealand female archer. She competed in the 1984 and 1988 Summer Olympics in the individual competitions for women. She was ranked 24th in the women's individual archery at the 1984 Olympics, and in the 1988 Olympics she was ranked 36th in the final standings. Shurrock also represented New Zealand at the 1982 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane, where she finished fourth in the women's individual archery competition.
Margaret Joy "Marg" Woodlock is an Australian athlete. She competed in the women's shot put at the 1956 Summer Olympics.
