Martin is a hamlet north-east of Dover in the county of Kent in England. [1] The nearby village of Martin Mill is situated on the railway between Dover and Deal. The population of the village is included in the civil parish of Langdon.
It has a pub, The Lantern (refurbished in 2016), that is the main focal point. East Langdon Cricket Club has its base in Martin.

The village lies about a quarter of a mile north of the campus of the Duke of York's Royal Military School, near Martin Mill. Nearby villages include Whitfield, East Langdon, Pineham and Buckland. The River Dour is approximately 2.71 km away from Guston, and there is easy access to main roads, with the A2 and A258 running around and through the village.
