Miss International Queen 2022 was the 16th Miss International Queen pageant, held at the Tiffany's Show Pattaya in Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand, on June 25, 2022. ^[1]

Valentina Fluchaire of Mexico crowned Fuschia Anne Ravena of the Philippines as her successor at the end of the event. ^[2] This is the third time that the Philippines claimed the title. ^{[3] [4]}
