At age 14, she emerged as a runner-up in TV5's Star Factor and made her theatrical debut in 2012 as Mitchie Torres in Repertory Philippines' production Camp Rock: The Musical. She received wider notice as a semi-finalist in the first season of ABS-CBN's The Voice of the Philippines. She has a wide vocal range and has used of the whistle register in some songs.

"Simpleng Tulad Mo" is a Filipino song recorded by actor and singer Daniel Padilla as the interpreter for the Philippines' Himig Handog: P-Pop Love Songs songwriting competition (2014). The song was included in the compilation album title, Himig Handog Ppop Love Song (2014) released on August 15, 2014, and was later included on his third studio album I Feel Good. The song was written and composed by Meljohn Magno.

Moira Rachelle Bustamante Dela Torre is a Filipino singer, songwriter and actress. Born in Olongapo, Philippines, she began as a voice artist for corporate jingles and theme songs. "Akin Ka Na Lang" is a Filipino song first recorded by singer and songwriter Morissette. It was written by Francis Kiko Salazar for the Himig Handog: P-Pop Love Songs songwriting competition (2014). The song reached the finals of the competition but did not receive an award. Nevertheless, it became a popular ballad in the Philippines. It was released as a bonus track on Morissette's 2015 eponymous debut album.

"Diamante" (transl. "Diamond") is a song recorded by Filipino singer Morissette. This song was among the top 15 finalists for the 2016 Himig Handog: P-Pop Love Songs songwriting competition. The song was written by Jungee Marcelo and was included in the compilation album titled Himig Handog P-pop Love Songs (2016), which was released on January 13, 2016.

"Naririnig Mo Ba" is a Filipino pop ballad song by singer Morissette, released in 2017 as part of the Himig Handog songwriting competition. The song was written and composed by LJ Manzano and Joan Da, with arrangements by Huly Ray Asidor and LJ Manzano. The song's official music video was produced by the Southern Luzon State University in Lucban, Quezon, and Big Minds Productions.
