Nemapogon clematella, the barred white clothes moth, is a moth of the family Tineidae. It is found in most of Europe [2] and in North America, where it has been recorded from Maryland and North Carolina. [3] The habitat consists of woodlands. [4]

The wingspan is 12–15 mm. Adults are on wing from June to August.

The larvae feed on fungi, including Hypoxylon fuscum and Fomes fomentarius . [5] [6]
