Migos were an American hip hop group originating from Lawrenceville, Georgia, founded in 2008. The group was originally composed of rappers Quavo, his nephew Takeoff, and Offset. Quavo is from Athens; Georgia and Offset and Takeoff were born and raised in nearby Lawrenceville. As a group, they were managed by Coach K, the former manager of American rappers Gucci Mane and Jeezy, and frequently collaborated with producers such as DJ Durel, Murda Beatz, Zaytoven, and Buddah Bless. Recognized for their contribution to trap music in the 2010s, Billboard stated that the group "influenced pop culture and the entire English language by bringing their North Atlanta roots to the mainstream".

Quavious Keyate Marshall, known professionally as Quavo, is an American rapper. He is best known as the frontman of the hip hop group Migos, being the uncle of late member Takeoff.

Shane Lee Lindstrom, known professionally as Murda Beatz, is a Canadian record producer. He has produced hit singles like "Butterfly Effect" by Travis Scott, "Back on Road" by Gucci Mane, "Nice for What" by Drake, "Motorsport" by Migos, and "Fefe", which was a collaboration between Murda, 6ix9ine, and Nicki Minaj.

Kiari Kendrell Cephus, known professionally as Offset, is an American rapper. He rose to prominence as part of the hip hop group Migos, alongside Quavo and the late Takeoff. In 2017, Offset released the collaborative album with record producer Metro Boomin and English rapper 21 Savage: Without Warning; it reached the top ten on the Billboard 200 and spawned the single "Ric Flair Drip", which reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100. Later that year, he would co-perform with Canadian rapper Drake on Metro Boomin's single "No Complaints". In 2018, he featured on the hit single "Taste" by Tyga, which marked his first top ten on the Billboard Hot 100 as a soloist, and was later certified 9× platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). That same year, he co-performed alongside Travis Scott on another hit single with Kodak Black's "Zeze", which peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

<i>Culture II</i> 2018 studio album by Migos

Culture II is the third studio album by American hip hop group Migos. It was released on January 26, 2018, by Capitol Records, Motown and Quality Control Music. Culture II is a double album consisting of 24 tracks, and features guest appearances from 21 Savage, Drake, Gucci Mane, Travis Scott, Ty Dolla Sign, Big Sean, Nicki Minaj, Cardi B, Post Malone and 2 Chainz. It was executive produced by Quavo, alongside production work from a variety of collaborators including Metro Boomin, Buddah Bless, Kanye West, Pharrell Williams and Murda Beatz, among others. The album serves as a sequel to Migos' previous album, Culture.

The song was written by the artists alongside producers Buddah Bless, Kanye West, DJ Durel, and Mike Dean, with another production credit going to Quavo and another writing credit going to Earl Moss for the sampling of The Festivals "You've Got the Makings of a Lover".

Kirsnick Khari Ball, known professionally as Takeoff, was an American rapper. He was best known as the youngest member of the hip hop group Migos along with his uncle Quavo and close affiliate Offset. The group scored multiple top-10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 including "MotorSport", "Stir Fry", "Walk It Talk It", and "Bad and Boujee", the latter of which peaked at the top of the chart. He also received two Grammy Award nominations. On November 1, 2022, Takeoff was fatally shot in Houston, Texas.

Culture III is the fourth and final studio album by American hip hop group Migos. It was released by Motown Records and Quality Control Music on June 11, 2021. The album features guest appearances from Drake, Cardi B, Polo G, Future, Justin Bieber, Juice Wrld, Pop Smoke, and YoungBoy Never Broke Again. It is the follow-up to their 2018 album Culture II and serves as the conclusion to their Culture trilogy. A deluxe edition was released six days later, including five additional tracks.

The Last Rocket is the only solo studio album by American rapper Takeoff. It was released on November 2, 2018, by Capitol Records, Motown and Quality Control Music. First announced through a private party in Los Angeles, California on October 23, 2018, the album's release made Takeoff the second member of Migos to release a solo album, following Quavo's Quavo Huncho in October 2018 and preceding Offset's Father of 4 the following year.

Father of 4 is the debut solo studio album by American rapper Offset. It was released on February 22, 2019, by Motown and Quality Control Music. The album's release makes Offset the third and final member from Migos to release a solo album. It features guest appearances by J. Cole, Cardi B, Travis Scott, 21 Savage, Big Rube, Gunna, CeeLo Green, Quavo, and Gucci Mane. The album was supported by two singles: "Red Room" and "Clout".
