Occidental Mindoro's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Occidental Mindoro. Also known as Occidental Mindoro's lone district, it has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1952. It first elected a representative provincewide at-large for the 2nd Congress of the Third Philippine Republic following the dissolution of the old Mindoro province under Republic Act No. 505 on June 13, 1950. It has remained a single-member district even under the Fourth Philippine Republic parliament known as the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986.
Zambales's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Zambales. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the city of Olongapo and adjacent municipalities in the southernmost part of Zambales, namely Castillejos, San Marcelino and Subic. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jefferson F. Khongun of the Nacionalista Party (NP).

The district consists of the southern Tarlac municipalities of Bamban, Capas, Concepcion and La Paz. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Noel N. Oriental Mindoro's at-large congressional district is a former congressional district that encompassed the area of Oriental Mindoro in the Philippines. It was represented in the House of Representatives from 1952 to 1972 and in the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. The province of Oriental Mindoro was created as a result of the partition of Mindoro in 1950 and elected its first representative provincewide at-large during the 1953 Philippine House of Representatives elections. Raúl T. Leuterio, who served as representative of Mindoro's at-large congressional district during the partition was this district's first representative upon the election of a representative for Occidental Mindoro on January 25, 1952. The district remained a single-member district until the dissolution of the lower house in 1972. It was later absorbed by the multi-member Region IV-A's at-large district for the national parliament in 1978. In 1984, provincial and city representations were restored, and Oriental Mindoro elected two members for the regular parliament. The district was abolished following the 1987 reapportionment under a new constitution.

The district encompasses the northern half of the province consisting of its capital, Oroquieta, and the municipalities of Aloran, Baliangao, Calamba, Concepcion, Jimenez, Lopez Jaena, Panaon, Plaridel and Sapang Dalaga. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jason P. Almonte of the PDP–Laban.

The district encompasses the eastern half of the province consisting of the city of Gingoog and the municipalities of Balingasag, Balingoan, Binuangan, Kinoguitan, Lagonglong, Magsaysay, Medina, Salay, Sugbongcogon and Talisayan. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Christian Unabia of the Lakas–CMD.

It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Yevgeny Vincente B. Emano of the Padayon Pilipino.

Bukidnon's 1st congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Bukidnon. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the entire northern frontier of Bukidnon bordering Cagayan de Oro and Misamis Oriental. It consists of the municipalities of Baungon, Libona, Malitbog, Manolo Fortich, Sumilao and Talakag. Prior to redistricting in 2012, the district stretched further south to include the municipalities of Kalilangan and Pangantucan. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jose Manuel F. Alba of the Bukidnon Paglaum Party (BPP).

Mariño of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Camiguin's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Camiguin. It was created ahead of the 1969 Philippine House of Representatives elections following the separation of the island from Misamis Oriental to form its own province in 1966. The district was represented in the final congress of the Third Philippine Republic from 1969 to 1972, in the regular parliament that replaced the House of Representatives from 1984 to 1986, and in the restored House from the 8th Congress onwards. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jurdin Jesus Romualdo of Lakas–CMD.
Negros Oriental's 3rd congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Negros Oriental. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the southernmost parts of the province that were previously included in Negros Oriental's 2nd district. It contains the city of Bayawan and the municipalities immediately to the south and west of the provincial capital city, Dumaguete, namely Bacong, Basay, Dauin, Santa Catalina, Siaton, Valencia and Zamboanguita. It is currently vacant for the 19th Congress since the expulsion of its most recent representative Arnolfo Teves Jr. on August 16, 2023.
Siquijor's at-large congressional district is the provincewide electoral district in Siquijor, Philippines. The province has been represented in the country's national legislatures since 1984. It first elected a representative at-large during the 1984 Philippine parliamentary election following the restoration of provincial and city district representation in the Batasang Pambansa where Siquijor had previously been included in the regionwide representation of Central Visayas for the interim parliament. The province, created by the 1971 separation of Siquijor Island from Negros Oriental, was formerly represented as part of that province's 2nd district in earlier legislatures. Since the 1987 restoration of Congress following the ratification of a new constitution, Siquijor has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Zaldy Villa of the Lakas–CMD.
