The legislative districts of Capiz are the representation of the province of Capiz in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The province is currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through its first and second congressional districts.
Capiz was divided into three legislative districts until 1957, when Aklan was granted its own representative, reducing it to two legislative districts. It was part of the representation of Region VI from 1978 to 1984, and from 1984 to 1986 it elected two assemblymen at-large. Romblon was last represented as part of the third district of Capiz in 1919.

Romblon is an archipelagic province of the Philippines located in the Mimaropa region. Its main islands include Tablas, the largest, which covers nine municipalities; Sibuyan with its three towns; as well as the smaller island municipalities of Corcuera, Banton, Concepcion, San Jose, and the municipality of the same name. The province lies south of Marinduque and Quezon, east of Oriental Mindoro, north of Aklan and Capiz, and west of Masbate. According to the 2020 census, it has a total population of 308,985.
Capiz, officially the Province of Capiz, is a province in the Philippines located in the central section of Western Visayas region. Its capital is the city of Roxas. It is located at the northeastern portion of Panay Island, bordering Aklan to the north, Antique to the west, and Iloilo to the south. Capiz faces the Sibuyan Sea to the north.
Roxas, officially known as the City of Roxas, is a 3rd class component city and capital of the province of Capiz, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 179,292 people.
The Aklan River is the longest river in the province of Aklan, Philippines, and third-longest river on Panay island. Its drainage basin is the third largest in Panay. The river source is located in the Central Panay Mountain Range on Mount Baloy in the western portion of Capiz in the vicinity of Tapaz. It flows northwards to the mountainous western portion of Jamindan, then northeastward to the town of Libacao in Aklan province. The river traverses the municipalities of Madalag, Malinao, Banga, Lezo, Numancia, and Kalibo before emptying to its mouth into Sibuyan Sea. The name of the river is where the term Aklan came from, and is derived from the word akae, which means to boil or to froth. Because of the swiftness of the river current, the water of the Aklan river seems to boil or froth. Akean therefore means "where there is boiling or frothing".
Nabas, officially the Municipality of Nabas, is a 4th class municipality in the province of Aklan, Philippines. Nabas serves as the arrival gateway of Boracay Airport. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 40,632 people, making it the fifth most populous town in Aklan Province. .
Tapaz, officially the Municipality of Tapaz, is a 1st class municipality in the province of Capiz, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 54,423 people.
Cajidiocan, officially the Municipality of Cajidiocan, is a 4th class municipality in the province of Romblon, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 23,259 people. The municipality is located on Sibuyan Island, which has been dubbed as the "Galapagos of Asia" due to its pristine natural environment and high endemism rate for flora and fauna.
Looc, officially the Municipality of Looc, is a 4th class municipality in the province of Romblon, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 21,799 people.

Capiznon or Capiceño is an Austronesian regional language spoken in Western Visayas in the Philippines. Capiznon is concentrated in the province of Capiz in the northeast of Panay Island. It is a member of the Bisayan language family and the people are part of the wider Visayan ethnolinguistic group, who constitute the largest Filipino ethnolinguistic group. The language is often confused with Hiligaynon due to dialectological comprehension similarities and as high as 91% mutual intelligibility, but it has its certain unique accent and vocabulary that integrates Aklanon and Waray lexicon. Despite its distinct corruption of Hiligaynon lateral approximants, a prevalent feature among rural farmers, ethnic convergence and cosmopolitanism has led to a shift back to the purely Hiligaynon prosodic form of slower tonality and softer and longer vowels most particularly among the younger generations.
Central Panay Mountain Range is the longest and largest mountain range in the island of Panay and Western Visayas in the Philippines. With a total length of 170 km (110 mi) long north–south and 34 km (21 mi) width east–west. Mount Madja-as is the highest point with an elevation of 6,946 feet above sea level. It is famous for its diverse flora and fauna, mossy forest, pristine river's, Waterfalls and clusters of Rice Terraces. Located through the western Panay, from vicinity of Ibajay, Aklan to the north to Anini-y, Antique southern tip to the south. Occupied almost the entire province of the eastern portions of Antique, western Iloilo, western Capiz and western Aklan.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the municipalities of Cuartero, Dao, Dumalag, Dumarao, Ivisan, Jamindan, Mambusao, Sapian, Sigma and Tapaz. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jane T. Castro of the Lakas–CMD (Lakas).
Aklan's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Aklan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2019. The district consists of the provincial capital municipality of Kalibo and adjacent municipalities of Altavas, Balete, Banga, Batan, Libacao, Madalag, and New Washington. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Carlito S. Marquez of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC), who has represented the district since its creation.
Capiz's 3rd congressional district was one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Capiz in existence between 1907 and 1957. It was created under the Philippine Organic Act from former territories of the province. The district was composed of the municipalities of Buruanga, Ibajay, Malinao, Nabas and Taft in what is now the province of Aklan, and the municipalities of Badajoz, Cajidiocan, Looc, Odiongan, Romblon and San Fernando which now constitute the island province of Romblon. It was a single-member district throughout the ten legislatures of the Insular Government of the Philippine Islands from 1907 to 1935, the three legislatures of the Commonwealth of the Philippines from 1935 to 1946, and the first three congresses of the Third Philippine Republic from 1946 to 1947.
