The legislative districts of Catanduanes are the representations of the province of Catanduanes in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The province is currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through its lone congressional district.
Catanduanes was represented as part of Albay's second district from 1907 to 1931, and fully comprised that province's fourth district from 1931 to 1946. It started electing its own representative in 1946, after becoming a full-fledged province in 1945. From 1978 to 1984 it was part of the representation of Region V.
Beginning in 2019, the districts used in appropriation of members is coextensive with the legislative districts of Catanduanes. Prior to 2019 when the province was just one congressional district, the Commission on Elections divided the province into two provincial board districts.

In the Philippines, provinces are one of its primary political and administrative divisions. There are 81 provinces at present, which are further subdivided into component cities and municipalities. The local government units in the National Capital Region, as well as independent cities, are independent of any provincial government. Each province is governed by an elected legislature called the Sangguniang Panlalawigan and an elected governor.
Albay, officially the Province of Albay, is a province in the Bicol Region of the Philippines, mostly on the southeastern part of the island of Luzon. Its capital is the city of Legazpi, the regional center of the whole Bicol Region, which is located in the southern foothill of Mayon Volcano.
Catanduanes is an island province located in the Bicol Region of Luzon in the Philippines. It is the 12th-largest island in the Philippines, and lies to the east of Camarines Sur, across Maqueda Channel. Its capital is Virac. It had a population of 271,879 people as of the 2020 census.

The archdiocese, having been founded in 1595 in Nueva Cáceres, is also considered one of the oldest dioceses in the Philippines with Cebu, Segovia and Manila, and once had jurisdiction that stretched from Samar in the south and Isabela Province in the north. The seat of the archdiocese is currently located in Naga City, also known as the Queen City of Bicol.

It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Edcel Lagman of the Liberal Party (LP).

It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Joey Salceda of the PDP–Laban.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the city of Ligao and adjacent municipalities of Guinobatan, Jovellar, Libon, Oas, Pio Duran and Polangui. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Fernando T. Cabredo of the PDP–Laban.
The COVID-19 pandemic in the Bicol Region is part of the worldwide pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. The virus reached the Bicol Region on March 27, 2020, when the first case of the disease was confirmed in Albay.
Catanduanes's at-large congressional district, also known as Catanduanes's lone district, is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Catanduanes. Catanduanes has been represented in the country's various national legislatures since 1898. Since 1946 when it was reorganized as an independent province separate from Albay, Catanduanes has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, elected provincewide at-large, except for the period under the Fourth Philippine Republic between 1978 and 1984 when its representation was absorbed by the regional at-large assembly district of Region V.
Albay's at-large congressional district may refer to three occasions when a provincewide at-large district was used for elections to the various Philippine national legislatures from Albay.
Albay's 4th congressional district is a defunct congressional district that encompassed the island of Catanduanes, a former territory of the province of Albay. It was represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippine Islands from 1931 to 1935, in the National Assembly of the Philippine Commonwealth from 1935 to 1941, and in the House of Representatives of the Philippine Commonwealth from 1945 to 1946. It was created by the 1929 reapportionment that redrew the boundaries of Albay's 2nd congressional district and allocated an additional district for the seven municipalities that comprised the island. Following the reorganization of a provincial government in Catanduanes in 1945, the district was dissolved and replaced by Catanduanes's at-large congressional district.
