The legislative districts of Davao City are the representations of the highly urbanized city of Davao in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The city is currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through its first, second, and third congressional districts.
Except during the Second World War, areas now under the jurisdiction of Davao City were previously represented as part of the Department of Mindanao and Sulu (1917–1935), the historical Davao Province (1935–1967), Davao del Sur (1967–1972) and Region XI (1978–1984).
Being a chartered city, two delegates represented Davao City in the National Assembly of the Japanese-sponsored Second Philippine Republic: one was the city mayor (an ex officio member), while the other was elected through an assembly of KALIBAPI members within the city during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines. After the war Davao City reverted to its pre-war representation under the province of Davao, which lasted until 1967.
The enactment of Republic Act No. 4867 on May 8, 1967 split the old Davao Province into the new provinces of Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur and Davao Oriental, and provided each of them with separate representation. [1] Per Section 5 of R.A. 4867, Davao City was grouped with Davao del Sur for the purposes of electing members of Congress; [1] this was the arrangement from the second half of the 6th Congress until the end of the 7th Congress. The city was also represented in the Interim Batasang Pambansa as part of Region XI from 1978 to 1984.
By virtue of having been classified as a highly urbanized city on December 22, 1979 through Batas Pambansa Blg. 51, [2] Davao City regained separate representation in the succeeding Regular Batasang Pambansa, electing two representatives, at-large, in 1984.
Under the new Constitution which was proclaimed on February 11, 1987, the city was reapportioned into three congressional districts; [3] each district elected its member to the restored House of Representatives starting that same year.
The city was last apportioned upon the proclamation of the 1987 Constitution, where it was granted three seats in Congress. The city's current congressional delegation composes of two members of Lakas-CMD and one member of National Unity Party. All three representatives are members of the Hugpong ng Pagbabago local party and part of the majority bloc in the 19th Congress.

Davao del Norte's at-large congressional district is an obsolete congressional district that encompassed the entire province of Davao del Norte in the Philippines. It was represented in the House of Representatives from 1968 to 1972 and in the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. The province of Davao del Norte was created as a result of the partition of Davao in 1967 and elected its first representative provincewide at-large during the 1969 Philippine House of Representatives elections. Lorenzo S. Sarmiento who served as representative of Davao's at-large congressional district during the partition was this district's first representative. The district remained a single-member district until the dissolution of the lower house in 1972. It was later absorbed by the multi-member Region XI's at-large district for the national parliament in 1978. In 1984, provincial and city representations were restored and Davao del Norte elected three members for the regular parliament. The district was abolished following the 1987 reapportionment to establish three districts under a new constitution.

It was represented in the House of Representatives from 1968 to 1972 and in the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. The province of Davao Oriental was created as a result of the partition of Davao in 1967 and elected its first representative provincewide at-large during the 1967 Philippine House of Representatives special elections. Constancio P. Maglana served as this district's first representative. The district remained a single-member district until the dissolution of the lower house in 1972. It was later absorbed by the multi-member Region XI's at-large district for the national parliament in 1978. In 1984, provincial and city representations were restored and Davao Oriental elected one member for the regular parliament. The district was abolished following the 1987 reapportionment to establish two districts under a new constitution.
Davao del Sur's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Davao del Sur. It was originally created by the 1967 division of the old Davao province and was eliminated following the 1972 abolition of the House of Representatives. The district was restored as a plural member district for the 1984 national parliament known as the Batasang Pambansa but was reconfigured after Davao City gained its own representation. It was eliminated again following the 1987 reapportionment that created an additional district. The district's current configuration dates from 2013 when Davao del Sur lost a seat following the creation of the province of Davao Occidental covering much of its 2nd district. The district is represented in the 19th Congress by John Tracy Cagas of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Basilan's at-large congressional district refers to the lone congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Basilan. The province has been represented in the country's national legislatures since 1984. It first elected a representative provincewide at-large during the 1984 Philippine parliamentary election following the restoration of provincial and city district representation in the Batasang Pambansa where Basilan had previously been included in the regionwide representation of Western Mindanao for the interim parliament. The province, created by the 1973 separation from Zamboanga del Sur of the entire island with its two municipal districts and the municipality of Isabela outside its poblacion which was earlier organized as the City of Basilan separated from Zamboanga City, was formerly represented as part of Zamboanga del Sur's, Zamboanga's and Department of Mindanao and Sulu's at-large representations in earlier legislatures. Since the 1987 restoration of Congress following the ratification of a new constitution, Basilan has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Mujiv Hataman of the Basilan Unity Party (BUP).
