Chinatown is located on Van Wesenbekestraat a street in Antwerp,Belgium. Historically supporting the Chinese community that settled in Antwerp post-World War II,today Chinatown is well known for its pan-Asian atmosphere. The district houses an abundance of restaurants offering a variety of Asian cuisines such as Chinese,Japanese,Indian,Pakistani,Thai and Nepali. Pan-Asian organisations and businesses supporting the Chinese,Nepali,Indonesian and Filipino communities for example are found throughout the district and the biggest Asian supermarket in the country is also found in Chinatown. A Buddhist temple and a school for mastering kungfu are other commodities also found in the district. Chinese presence is still dominant. However,traders from Thailand,Nepal and other Asian countries have also settled in the district resulting in some dubbing it as Asiatown to reflect the changing demographics. Both at the entrance and the end of the street,two Chinese lions guard the street. A paifang known as the "Pagodepoort" was erected at the southern entrance to the street in 2010 after four years of planning.

The Pan-Philippine Highway,also known as the Maharlika Highway,is a network of roads,expressways,bridges,and ferry services that connect the islands of Luzon,Samar,Leyte,and Mindanao in the Philippines,serving as the country's principal transport backbone. Measuring 3,379.73 kilometers (2,100.07 mi) long excluding sea routes not counted by highway milestones,it is the longest road in the Philippines that forms the country's north–south backbone component of National Route 1 (N1) of the Philippine highway network. The entire highway is designated as Asian Highway 26 (AH26) of the Asian Highway Network.

It is administered by the Metropolitan Davao Development Authority. It is the largest metropolitan region by land area and the second most populous in the Philippines.
Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard,also known simply as Magsaysay Boulevard and formerly as Santa Mesa Boulevard,is the principal artery of Santa Mesa in Manila,Philippines. It is a six-lane divided roadway that travels east–west from Gregorio Araneta Avenue near the city's border with Quezon City and San Juan to Lacson Avenue and the Nagtahan Interchange,close to the district of San Miguel. The entire length of the boulevard serves as the district boundary between Sampaloc in the north and Santa Mesa in the south with the LRTA's Line 2 running along its median. East of Gregorio Araneta,the road continues as Aurora Boulevard while west of Lacson,it extends as Legarda Street via Legarda Flyover into San Miguel and Quiapo.
The Vivaldi Residences Davao is a 36-storey residential tower located at the corner of C.M. Recto Street and R. Magsaysay Avenue in Davao City,Philippines. Upon completion,this building will be the tallest in Davao City as well as in Mindanao.
On December 23,2017,a fire started at the New City Commercial Center (NCCC) shopping mall in Davao City,Philippines. At least 38 people were trapped inside the mall,mostly employees of the market research firm Survey Sampling International (SSI). The probable cause of the fire was faulty electrical wiring due to malpractice of the renovation of the mall's third floor. One body was found a day later,whilst 37 others were found on Christmas day. On December 27,the remains of a security guard who rescued 783 people from the mall was also found.
National Route 1 (N1) is a primary national route that forms part of the Philippine highway network,running from Luzon to Mindanao. Except for a 19-kilometer (12 mi) gap in Metro Manila and ferry connections,the highway is generally continuous. Most sections of N1 forms the Pan-Philippine Highway except for sections bypassed by expressways.
