The PLDT Volleyball Club, later known as the PayMaya High Flyers in 2018 were a professional women's volleyball team.
The women's team shared the same name as the men's team throughout most of its existence. In 2018, the women's team deviated and was named after the PayMaya service of PLDT Inc.
It was merged to Smart Prepaid Giga Hitters, an affiliate women's team in 2018.
The PayMaya High Flyers debuted in 2013 as the PLDT myDSL Speed Boosters women's team in the Philippine Superliga (PSL) during the 2013 Invitational Conference. A men's team debuted in the following conference.
In 2014, while participating in the PSL, the club joined in the Shakey's V-League with its women's team as the PLDT Home Telpad Turbo Boosters during the 2014 Open Conference. [1]
The club ended its participation in the PSL after the 2014 season. In 2015, the club competed under the name PLDT Home Ultera Ultra Fast Hitters. [2] becoming its first champion. [3]
The club became dormant in 2016 and 2017. The women's team returned to active competition in 2018 in the Premier Volleyball League (formerly, Shakey's V-League and Spikers’ Turf) as the PayMaya High Flyers. The men's team retained the PLDT brand and competed as the PLDT Home Fibr Ultra Fast Hitters. [4]
In September 2018, the women's team was merged with the Smart Prepaid Giga Hitters, its affiliate team in the PSL. [5]

The Cagayan Valley Lady Rising Suns were a professional women's volleyball team that played in various tournaments, including the Shakey's V-League and the Philippine Super Liga (PSL). The team was owned by the family of Alvaro Antonio and managed by his daughter, Criselda Antonio, herself, a former volleyball player.
Maria Paulina "Pau" Soriano is a Filipino volleyball athlete playing for the Creamline Cool Smashers in the Premier Volleyball League.
Michele Theresa Imperial Gumabao is a Filipino volleyball player and beauty pageant titleholder. She is currently signed to the Creamline Cool Smashers of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL), and has previously played for teams in the Philippine Super Liga (PSL). She was named "Best opposite spiker" seven times in her professional career and was the Finals MVP in the 2016 Shakey's V-League Reinforced Conference.
The Philippine Army Lady Troopers is the official women's professional volleyball team of the Philippine Army. The team is composed of enlisted personnel and reinforced with civilian players from time to time. The Lady Troopers competes in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) and has won two Shakey's V-League championships.
The Cignal HD Spikers is a professional women's volleyball team in the Philippines. The club is owned by Cignal TV, Inc., a subsidiary of MediaQuest Holdings, Inc., a PLDT company.
The PLDT Home Fibr Hitters, or the PLDT Volleyball Club is a former professional men's volleyball team owned by PLDT. It was established in 2013 and originally consisted of men's and women's teams. In 2018, the women's team became merged with the Smart Giga Hitters. The men's team has been playing in the Spikers' Turf since October 2018.
