Pampanga's 1st congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Pampanga. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. [3] The district consists of the independent city of Angeles, the adjacent city of Mabalacat, and the municipality of Magalang. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Carmelo B. Lazatin II of the Lakas–CMD and Lingap Lugud Capangpañgan. [4] [5]
Prior to its second dissolution in 1972, the district encompassed the western Pampanga municipalities of Angeles (which became a city in 1964), Bacolor, Floridablanca, Guagua, Lubao, Macabebe, Masantol, Porac, Santa Rita, and Sexmoan. [6] Following the restoration of the Congress in 1987, it was redefined to encompass Angeles and neghboring northern Pampanga municipalities of Mabalacat and Magalang, a configuration that remains in effect to date. Manila's 3rd congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Manila. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1949. The district consists of barangays 268 to 394 in the northern Manila districts of Binondo, Quiapo, San Nicolas and Santa Cruz. Until 1972, the district encompassed the eastern Manila districts of Sampaloc, which included the present-day Santa Mesa, and San Miguel that are presently part of the city's fourth and sixth districts, respectively. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Joel R. Chua of Lakas–CMD and Asenso Manileño.
Iloilo's 1st congressional district is one of the five congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Iloilo. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the municipalities of Guimbal, Igbaras, Miagao, Oton, San Joaquin, Tigbauan and Tubungan. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Janette Garin of the Lakas–CMD.

Bukidnon's 2nd congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Bukidnon. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the provincial capital city of Malaybalay and the entire eastern frontier of Bukidnon bordering the Caraga and Davao regions. Its municipalities are Cabanglasan, Impasugong, Lantapan and San Fernando. Prior to redistricting in 2012, the district also covered the city of Valencia. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jonathan Keith Flores of the Lakas–CMD.
Sulu's 1st congressional district is a congressional district in the province of Sulu. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district encompasses the western half of Jolo island composed of six municipalities that include its namesake town, the capital of Sulu, as well as the northern outlying islands of the Marungas and Pangutaran. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Samier A. Tan of the Lakas–CMD.
