From Manitowoc,Wisconsin,Tittl owns Vacuum &Sew Center and Paintball Paul's. Tittl also served on the Manitowoc County Board of Supervisor and Manitowoc Common Council. In November 2012,Tittl was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly as a Republican. [2] [3]

Charles Edward Estabrook was an American educator,lawyer and Republican politician from the U.S. state of Wisconsin. He was the 14th Attorney General of Wisconsin and served 14 years in the Wisconsin State Assembly,representing first Manitowoc and later Milwaukee.
