Lincoln County is a county located in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2020 census, the population was 28,415. Its county seat is Merrill. The county was created in 1875 and named after President Abraham Lincoln.

The 12th Senate District of Wisconsin is one of 33 districts in the Wisconsin State Senate. Located in northern Wisconsin, the district comprises Florence, Forest, Langlade, Lincoln, Menominee, and Oneida counties, and most of Marinette, Oconto, and Vilas counties, as well as parts of northern Marathon County and Shawano County.

Steven P. Doyle is an American lawyer and Democratic politician from La Crosse County, Wisconsin. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing the 94th Assembly district since May 2011. The 94th Assembly district covers most of La Crosse County outside of the city of La Crosse. He also serves on the La Crosse County board of supervisors, and was chairman from 2002 through 2011.

She was elected in the 2020 general election. Rozar is also a member of the Wood County Board of Supervisors, serving since 2000.

The 35th Assembly District of Wisconsin is one of 99 districts in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Located in northern Wisconsin, the district comprises all of Lincoln and Langlade counties, and parts of northern Oconto County, northwest Shawano County, southern Oneida County, and northern Marathon County. It includes the cities of Antigo, Merrill, and Tomahawk, and the villages of Aniwa, Eland, Maine, Mattoon, and White Lake. It also contains the Council Grounds State Park and about a quarter of the Nicolet National Forest. The district is represented by Republican Calvin Callahan, since January 2021.
