Immersion is the third studio album by Australian band Pendulum. The album was announced in early 2009, with the name being confirmed in December 2009. The album was released on 21 May 2010 in Australia and Ireland, and on 24 May for the rest of the world, followed by a UK tour of the album. In January 2010, Pendulum hosted the album preview Ear Storm event at Matter in London in which many top DJs performed sets of their own with Pendulum being the headliners.
If You Wait is the debut studio album by English indie pop band London Grammar, released on 6 September 2013 by Metal & Dust Recordings and Ministry of Sound. Venom is the fifth studio album by Welsh heavy metal band Bullet for My Valentine. It is a career retrospective of the band's work to mark their 20th anniversary, and contains highlights from the band's career, non-album singles, and some rarities. The title refers to the Central Belt of Scotland, from where the group originated. The album reached number 40 on the UK Albums Chart and was met with critical acclaim.

Pleasure is the fifth studio album by the Canadian singer-songwriter Feist, released on 28 April 2017, through Universal Music Canada. Thematically, the album is said to explore "emotional limits ... loneliness, private ritual, secrets, shame, mounting pressures, disconnect, tenderness, rejection, care and the lack thereof." Distance Over Time is the fourteenth studio album by American progressive metal band Dream Theater, released on February 22, 2019, and the band's first release on Inside Out Music. Distance over Time was announced alongside a tour of North America during which Dream Theater would support the new album and celebrate the 20th anniversary of its fifth studio album, Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory (1999). The album became the band's first to reach No. 1 on the UK Albums Chart. The album was the last to feature keyboardist Edwin Congreave before his departure from the band in 2021.

The re-release of the album, titled Brown Boy 2, the deluxe edition and a sequel to his 2019 unofficial Brown Boy EP, was released three days later, on May 11, 2020. It features additional guest appearances from Quavo and Lil Duke.
