The larvae feed on Ribes , Chaenomeles , Cotoneaster , Crataegus , Cydonia , Eriobotrya , Fragaria , Kerria , Malus , Photinia , Prunus , Pyracantha , Rosa , Rhaphiolepis , Rubus , Boronia , Choysia , Citrus and Phebalium species. [4] It is considered to be a pest species. [5]
