Poecilimon thoracicus, also known as the bellied bright bush-cricket, [1] is a species of bush cricket, family Tettigoniidae. [1] [3] [4] It occurs on the southern Balkan Peninsula. [1] [3]

The species is nocturnal. [5] It inhabits inhabits meadows, forest edges, and clearings. [1]
