Puteri Indonesia is a national beauty pageant in Indonesia. Puteri Indonesia is traditionally held in March, alongside the celebration of International Women's Day. The pageant annually sends its representative to compete at Miss International, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. The pageant also sends representatives for Miss Supranational, Miss Charm, and Miss Cosmo pageants.

Puteri Indonesia 2007 was 12th edition of Puteri Indonesia beauty pageant. It was held on 3 August 2007 in Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta.
The 14th Annual Puteri Indonesia Pageant, was held in Teater Tanah Airku, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, Jakarta, Indonesia on Friday, October 9, 2009. Zivanna Letisha Siregar, Puteri Indonesia 2008 from Jakarta Special Capital Region 6 crowned her successor at the end of this event. About 38 contestants from 33 provinces competed for the title on the pageant that was broadcast live on Indosiar and live-streamed on selebtv.com and kompastv.com. Previously, Puteri Indonesia 2009 finalists underwent a quarantine period, from 28 Sept – October 8, 2009, at Hotel Nikko Jakarta. The Grand Final of Puteri Indonesia 2009 was attended by Miss Universe 2009 Stefania Fernandez. The winner of Puteri Indonesia 2009 was Qory Sandioriva, who represented Indonesia in Miss Universe 2010, Zukhriatul Hafizah represented Indonesia in Miss International 2010.
Zivanna Letisha Siregar is an Indonesian talk show host, book writer, philanthropist, model and beauty pageant titleholder who won Puteri Indonesia 2008, She represented Indonesia at Miss Universe 2009 Pageant in Atlantis Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas, where she didn't make the Top 15, but she won the "Miss Popularity" award.

Zukhriatul Hafizah Muhammad popularly known as Fizah Muhammad is an Indonesian secretary of Ministry of Transportation, model and beauty pageant titleholder, who won the title of Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2009. She represented Indonesia at the Miss International 2010 pageant in Chengdu, China, where she won Miss Congeniality.
Puteri Indonesia 2022, the 25th Puteri Indonesia pageant, was held on 27 May 2022 at Jakarta Convention Center in Jakarta, Indonesia. Puteri Indonesia 2020, Raden Roro Ayu Maulida Putri of East Java crowned her successor, Laksmi Shari De-Neefe Suardana of Bali at the end of the event. She represented Indonesia at Miss Universe 2022. Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2020, Putu Ayu Saraswati of Bali and Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2020, Jihane Almira Chedid of Central Java also crowned their successors, Cindy May McGuire of Jakarta SCR 5 and Adinda Cresheilla of East Java. Cresheilla represented the country at Miss Supranational 2022 where she placed 3rd runner-up, while McGuire competed at Miss International 2022 but unplaced.
Puteri Indonesia 2024, the 27th edition of the Puteri Indonesia pageant, was held on 8 March 2024 at the Plenary Hall, Jakarta Convention Center in Jakarta, Indonesia. Farhana Nariswari of West Java crowned her successor, Harashta Haifa Zahra of West Java, at the end of the event. This marks the first time a province won back-to-back titles in the pageant's history.
