Puteri Indonesia 2010, the 15th Annual Puteri Indonesia beauty pageant, was held in Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta, Indonesia on October 8, 2010. Thirty eight contestants from all 33 provinces of Indonesia competed for the title of Puteri Indonesia, one of the most prominent beauty pageant titles in the country. Qory Sandioriva, Puteri Indonesia 2009 from Aceh crowned her successor Nadine Alexandra Dewi Ames of Jakarta SCR 4 at Assembly Hall, Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta. Ames is going to represent Indonesia at the Miss Universe 2011 in São Paulo, Brazil, while the first and second runners-up will represent the nation at the Miss International 2011 and the Miss Asia Pacific World 2011 respectively. The event was broadcast live on Indonesian television network, Indosiar. Indonesian Minister for Female Empowerment and Child Protection, Linda Gumelar, as well as Ximena Navarrete, Miss Universe 2010, was present during the event. [4]

Puteri Indonesia is a national beauty pageant in Indonesia that sends its winners to represent the country at Miss International, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. Puteri Indonesia is traditionally held in March, alongside the celebration of International Women's Day. The pageant also sends representatives to Miss Supranational and Miss Charm pageant, by giving the Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan and Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata titles to the 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up respectively.
Nadine Alexandra Dewi Ames is an Indonesian actress and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2010 and represented her country in the 2011 Miss Universe pageant, but was unplaced.

Miss Universe 2005 Natalie Glebova of Canada also attended the show as a judge.

She defeated 38 other candidates to win the title of Miss Universe Indonesia 2018 and represented Indonesia at Miss Universe 2018, where she placed as one of the Top 20 finalists.

She represented Indonesia at Miss Universe 2019, where she placed in the Top 10, the highest placement that an Indonesian representative ever achieved.
Frederika Alexis Cull is an Indonesian-Australian actress, model, and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Puteri Indonesia 2019. She represented Indonesia at the Miss Universe 2019 competition, where she placed in the Top 10. Cull is the only Indonesian to place in the top 10, and the seventh Indonesian to place in Miss Universe history.
Puteri Indonesia 2020, the 24th Puteri Indonesia pageant, was held on 6 March 2020 at Jakarta Convention Center in Jakarta, Indonesia. Frederika Alexis Cull, Puteri Indonesia 2019, crowned her successor, Raden Roro Ayu Maulida Putri of East Java at the end of the event. She represented Indonesia at Miss Universe 2020, where she placed among the Top 20 finalists.
Raden Roro Ayu Maulida Putri is an Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly Ambassador, National Head of Communication of the Indonesian COVID-19 Response Acceleration Task Force, fashion model and beauty pageant titleholder who won the title of Puteri Indonesia 2020. Maulida is the third delegate from East Java to ever be crowned Puteri Indonesia after Putri Raemawasti in 2007 and Elvira Devinamira in 2014. She represented Indonesia at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant where she placed in the top 21, becoming the eighth and third consecutive Indonesian woman to place at the pageant.

Cresheilla represented the country at Miss Supranational 2022 where she placed 3rd runner-up, while McGuire competed at Miss International 2022 but unplaced.

Suardana is the first representative from Bali to be crowned Puteri Indonesia. She represented Indonesia at Miss Universe 2022.
Adinda Cresheilla is an Indonesian model, actress, 2022 G20 Ambassador, and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata 2022. She is the first representative from East Java to be crowned Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata. She represented Indonesia at Miss Supranational 2022 in Poland where she placed as the 3rd Runner-up.
Cindy May McGuire is an Indonesian medical doctor, actress, beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2022. She was also a 2022 G20 Ambassador in this role. She represented Indonesia in the Miss International 2022 pageant held in Tokyo, Japan.
