Zukhriatul Hafizah Muhammad (born 8 July 1987) popularly known as Fizah Muhammad [1] is an Indonesian secretary of Ministry of Transportation, model and beauty pageant titleholder, [2] who won the title of Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2009. [3] [4] She represented Indonesia at the Miss International 2010 pageant in Chengdu, China, where she won Miss Congeniality. [5] [6] [1]
Hafizah graduated her bachelor degree in Business Accountant from The London School of Public Relations, Jakarta, Indonesia. She work as a secretary of the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation. [4]
Hafizah was crowned as Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2009 at the grand finale held in Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta, Indonesia on 9 October 2009, by the outgoing titleholder of Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2008, Ayu Diandra Sari Tjakra of Bali. [7] [8]
As Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2009, Hafizah represented Indonesia at the 50th edition of Miss International 2010 pageant in held in Sichuan Province Gymnasium, Chengdu, China. The finale was held on 7 November 2010. [9] [10] She won Miss Friendship award at the pageant. [5] [6] [1] Miss International 2009, Anagabriela Espinoza of Mexico crowned her successor, Elizabeth Mosquera of Venezuela, at the end of the event. [11]
Puteri owns Ratu Sejagad, a beauty pageant camp in Indonesia. [2] [12] Competitors who have trained at the camp include Sonia Fergina Citra, who finished in the top 20 of Miss Universe 2018; [2] Frederika Alexis Cull, top 10 of Miss Universe 2019; and Laksmi Shari De-Neefe Suardana, who will compete in Miss Universe 2022. Puteri Indonesia is a national beauty pageant in Indonesia that sends its winners to represent the country at Miss International, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. Puteri Indonesia is traditionally held in March, alongside the celebration of International Women's Day. The pageant also sends representatives to Miss Supranational and Miss Charm pageant, by giving the Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan and Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata titles to the 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up respectively.
The 14th Annual Puteri Indonesia Pageant, was held in Teater Tanah Airku, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, Jakarta, Indonesia on Friday, October 9, 2009. Zivanna Letisha Siregar, Puteri Indonesia 2008 from Jakarta Special Capital Region 6 crowned her successor at the end of this event. About 38 contestants from 33 provinces competed for the title on the pageant that broadcast live on Indosiar and live streaming on selebtv.com and kompastv.com. Previously, Puteri Indonesia 2009 finalists underwent a quarantine period, which ran from 28 Sept – October 8, 2009, at Hotel Nikko Jakarta. The Grand Final of Puteri Indonesia 2009 was attended by Miss Universe 2009 Stefania Fernandez. The winner of Puteri Indonesia 2009 was Qory Sandioriva, and she represented Indonesia in Miss Universe 2010, Zukhriatul Hafizah will represent Indonesia in Miss International 2010.

Miss Earth Indonesia is a discontinued beauty pageant from Indonesia that selected Indonesian representative in the Miss Earth pageant. The Miss Earth Indonesia competition was abolished in 2021 because of El John Pageant lost the franchise of Miss Earth and rebranded the pageant with Putri Bumi Indonesia From 2022, the licenseholder of Miss Earth pageant is PT. Mahakarya Duta Pesona Indonesia and make a new pageant named Putri Nusantara which Miss Earth Indonesia is selected as one of the winner from that pageant.
