Rhodostrophia vibicaria, the common pink-barred, [3] is a moth of the family Geometridae. [1] [2] [4] [5] The species can be found in the Palearctic realm, [6] including North Africa [7] and most of Europe. [1]
The length of the forewings is 14–16 mm. In the Netherlands, the moths fly in one or two generations from the end of May to early September. [7]
The larvae feed on various plants and shrubs, such as species of Cytisus , Genista , Prunus , Calluna , [7] and Viscaria . [5]
