Rhonda Watkins (born 9 December 1987) is a Trinidad and Tobago long jumper. She is the former national record holder in the event at 6.82m set in 2007 at the Prefontaine Classic.

Career

She won the gold medal at the 2006 World Junior Championships, and competed without reaching the final round at the 2008 Olympic Games. She also finished thirteenth in the high jump at the 2003 World Youth Championships. [1]

She has 6.82 metres in the long jump, achieved in May 2007 in Eugene. In the high jump she has 1.84 metres, achieved in May 2007 in Palo Alto. [1]

Ngonidzashe Makusha is a Zimbabwean sprinter and long jumper. He is the national record holder over 100 m and Long Jump for Zimbabwe with 9.89 s (+1.3 m/s) and 8.40 m (0.0 m/s) respectively. Both performances achieved during the 2011 NCAA Division I Championships in Des Moines, Iowa where he completed the 100 m long jump double. Following the 2 gold medals victory, Makusha became one of the only four, now five, athletes to win the double at the NCAA championships. The four others are DeHart Hubbard (1925), Jesse Owens, Carl Lewis (1981), and Jarrion Lawson (2016).

Shara Proctor is a British former long jumper born in Anguilla. She is the national record holder of both Anguilla and Great Britain. On 28 August 2015 at the World Championships in Beijing she became the first British, female, long-jumper to jump over 7 metres (7.07), setting a new British record and earning a world championship silver medal in the process. She also won the 2013 IAAF Diamond League in the event. Her younger sister is the Anguillan sprinter Shinelle Proctor.

Stine Kufaas is a Norwegian high jumper. Her personal best jump is 1.93 metres, achieved in June 2010 at a national competition at Lillehammer. She has 1.92 metres on the indoor track, achieved in February 2010 in Eskilstuna. She is also the Norwegian record holder in the standing high jump (1,53m).

Margrethe Renstrøm is a Norwegian long jumper. She has competed with modest results in international junior and senior championships, most notably the 2009 World Championships. She is best known for her personal best is 6.68 metres, achieved in July 2010 in Barcelona, which is the current Norwegian record. When she broke the record, it was the oldest existing athletics record in Norway. Renstrøm also has 13.25 metres in the triple jump, achieved in July 2006 at Bislett stadion.

Lauren Boden is an Australian athletics competitor. Her events are the 400 metre hurdles, 400 metres and long jump.
