History

Rise Motorsports was formed by husband and wife, Tim and Rita Goulet, a retired police officer. The Goulet's founded the racing team in 2022 as it would debut in the ARCA Menards Series.

Car No. 31 history

The 31 car debuted at the Milwaukee Mile race finishing 25th for Rita Goulet. In 2023, Derrick McGrew Jr. would take over the 31 for the race at Flat Rock. [2] On December 24, 2024, it was announced that Rita would drive the 31 car full-time in 2025. [3]
