The San Marino Football Federation (FSGC; Italian : Federazione Sammarinese Giuoco Calcio) is the governing body of football in San Marino. It organizes the San Marino football league (Campionato Sammarinese), a national cup (Coppa Titano), a super cup (Trofeo Federale) and the San Marino national football team. It is based in the city of San Marino. As of 18 August 2024, the FIFA committee recognizes San Marino as the lowest-ranking team according to the FIFA World Rankings.
The FSGC also helped to create the original incarnation of A.S.D. Victor San Marino, a team that plays in Serie D, the fourth division of the Italian league.

The team is governed by the San Marino Football Federation and represents the smallest population of any UEFA member. Football Club Domagnano, commonly referred to as FC Domagnano or simply Domagnano, is a Sanmarinese football club, based in Domagnano. The club was founded in 1966. Domagnano currently plays in Girone B of Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio. The team's colors are red and yellow. Previously known as SP Domagnano, the side has been one of the most successful teams in the Campionato Sammarinese. In the 2004–05 season, Domagnano won the championship with a play-off win over S.S. Murata. As the Sammarinese champions, Domagnano entered the UEFA Cup but was defeated easily in the first qualifying round. Some of Domagnano's rivals are S.S. Pennarossa and A.C. Libertas.
S.C. Faetano is a Sanmarinese football club, based in Faetano. The club was founded in 1962. Faetano currently plays in Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio, the only football league of San Marino. The team's colours are yellow and blue.
S.P. Tre Penne is a multi-sports club based in the City of San Marino. It is best known for their football section. Literally meaning the "Three Feathers", the club was founded in 1956, and currently plays in Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio. The team colors are blue and white when home, and red when away.

A.C. Juvenes/Dogana is a Sammarinese football club based in Dogana, in the civil parish of Serravalle. The club was founded in 2000 after the merger of S.S. Juvenes and G.S. Dogana. Until season 2006/07 Juvenes/Dogana was the only team to play in both Sammarinese and Italian leagues, taking part in the Girone A of Campionato Sammarinese and in the Italian amateur levels, but it has since retired from the Italian leagues. The team's colors are light blue, red and white.
