The Singh cabinet is the Council of Ministers headed by Satish Kumar Singh in Madhesh Province, Nepal. Singh from Janamat Party was sworn in the Chief Ministers of Madhesh Province in June 2024. [1] Present arrangement of cabinet is the result of power sharing agreement between Nepali Congress, CPN (UML), Loktantrik Samajwadi Party and Janamat Party. [2] [3]

Upendra Yadav is a Nepalese politician who has twice served as Deputy Prime Minister of Nepal and also as the chairman of the People's Socialist Party, Nepal from 2020 until 2023.
Madhesh Province is a province of Nepal in the Terai region with an area of 9,661 km2 (3,730 sq mi) covering about 6.5% of the country's total area. It has a population of 6,126,288 as per the 2021 Nepal census, making it Nepal's most densely populated province and the smallest province by area. It borders Koshi Pradesh to the east and the north, Bagmati Province to the north, and India’s Bihar state to the south and the west. The border between Chitwan National Park and Parsa National Park acts as the provincial boundary in the west, and the Kosi River forms the provincial border in the east. The province includes eight districts, from Parsa in the west to Saptari in the east.
The Rastriya Janata Party, Nepal, abbr. RJPN was the fourth-largest political party in Nepal after the Nepali Congress, the Nepal Communist Party and the Samajbadi Party, Nepal. It was formed on 21 April 2017 after the merger of Tarai Madhes Loktantrik Party, led by the Mahantha Thakur, Terai Madhes Sadbhawana Party, led by the Mahendra Raya Yadav, Sadbhavana Party, led by the Rajendra Mahato, Nepal Sadbhawana Party, led by the Anil Kumar Jha, Madhesi Jana Adhikar Forum (Republican), led by Rajkishor Yadav and Rastriya Madhesh Samajwadi Party, led by Sharat Singh Bhandari. Lalbabu Raut also knows as Mohamed Lalbabu raut is the first Chief Minister of Madhesh Province, one of the seven federal Provinces of Nepal. He is the parliamentary party leader of People's Socialist Party, Nepal for Madhesh Province.
The provinces of Nepal are governed by provincial governments which form the second level of governance in the country; after the federal government. The provincial governments are established, and their structure is defined by Part 13 of the Constitution of Nepal.
In the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, a governor is the constitutional head of each of the seven provinces. Sub-Article 1 of Article 163 of the Constitution of Nepal says that the Governor is a representative of the Government of Nepal in each province. The governor is appointed by the president of Nepal recommended by federal cabinet for a term of five years and holds office at the president's pleasure. A person who has once served as the governor of a province cannot be appointed to the same post twice. The governor is de jure head of the provincial government; all its executive actions are taken in the governor's name. However, the governor must act on the advice of the popularly elected council of ministers, headed by the chief minister, which thus holds de facto executive authority at the province-level. The Constitution of Nepal also empowers the governor to act upon his or her own discretion, such as the ability to appoint or dismiss a ministry, recommend president's rule for the president's assent.

Mohammad Lalbabu Raut from Federal Socialist Forum, Nepal was sworn in the Chief Ministers of Madhesh Province in February 2018. Present arrangement of cabinet is the result of talk between two Former Deputy Prime Ministers, PSP-N President Upendra Yadav and Nepali Congress Vice-president Bimalendra Nidhi who have strong hold in this region from their respective parties.
