The Serbia women's national volleyball team is governed by the Volleyball Federation of Serbia and takes part in international volleyball competitions.
FIVB considers Serbia the inheritor of the records of SFR Yugoslavia (1948–1992) and Serbia and Montenegro (1992–2006). [4] [5] The Olympic Committee of Serbia declared the women's national volleyball squad Team of The Year thirteen times from 2006 to 2023. [6]
Serbia earned a silver medal at the 2016 summer Olympics, a bronze medal at the 2020 summer Olympics, and won back to back the FIVB World Championship in 2018 and 2022.

CSU Galați is a Romanian women's volleyball club based in Galaţi. The club plays in the Divizia A1, the highest Romanian league. The club won the Divizia A1 in four occasions, the Romanian Cup three times and has also played in European competitions before it was dissolved in 2010. The club was refounded later and promoted back to Divizia A1 at the end of the 2017–18 Divizia A2 season.

Ženski košarkaški klub Partizan, commonly referred to as ŽKK Partizan or simply Partizan, is a women's professional basketball club based in Belgrade, Serbia. Since 2015, the club has been competing under the legal name Partizan 1953. It is part of the multi-sports club Partizan. They are currently competing in the Serbian First League. The club won seven national championships, five national cups and two Adriatic League. They play their home games at the Sports Hall "Ranko Žeravica".
