Snare River Airport( TC LID : CEV9) is a private aerodrome in the Northwest Territories, Canada near the Snare River. Caribou may be found on the runway. Prior permission is required to land except in the case of an emergency.
Wekweètì Airport, formerly known as Snare Lake Airport, is located 3.2 nautical miles east of Wekweeti, Northwest Territories, Canada.
Wekweètì, officially the Tłı̨chǫ Community Government of Wekweètì is a community in the North Slave Region of the Northwest Territories, Canada. Wekweètì is a Tłı̨chǫ aboriginal community and is located 195 km (121 mi) north of Yellowknife. It has no year-round road access but does have a winter ice road connection; the majority of transportation to and from the community is through the Wekweètì Airport. Wekweètì is the closest community to the Ekati Diamond Mine on the border with Nunavut. Wekweètì is part of the Tlicho Government.
Highway 918 is a provincial highway in the north-west and far north regions of the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from Highway 165 near Beauval to Patuanak. The highway follows the Beaver River, runs along the eastern shore of Lac Île-à-la-Crosse, and provides access to Patuanak Airport. It is about 92 kilometres (57 mi) long.
