Season four of So You Think You Can Dance Australia , the Australian version of the American reality dance-off series So You Think You Can Dance , was hosted by Carrie Bickmore with Paula Abdul, Shannon Holtzapffel, Jason Gilkison and Aaron Cash acting as the judges.

Contents

The season consisted of 13 episodes in total. Weeks 1-3 were audition episodes, producing the Top 20 dancers who went on to appear in the performance episodes from Week 4 onwards.

As of season four onwards, the weekly results show, a staple of the series in seasons 1-3, has been cut from the show format and that only one episode will air each week as of the fourth season.

Auditions

Auditions for the fourth season were held between September and October 2013 in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney.

In the thirteenth season, she was paired with transgender activist Chaz Bono. Schwimmer did not return for season 14 of Dancing With The Stars'.

So You Think You Can Dance is a United States television reality program and dance competition airing on the Fox Broadcasting Company network. Season four premiered on May 22, 2008, with Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy returning as permanent judges and Cat Deeley returning to host. Dansefeber is a Norwegian television reality program and dance competition airing on the TVNorge network. The show is a version of the US original version So You Think You Can Dance. Season two premiered with Merete Lingjærde, Geir Bie and Vibeke Sørlie as permanent judges and Henriette Lien returning to host. Contemporary dancer Hanna Mjåvatn was crowned Norway's Favourite Dancer and the top price of 500,000 norwegian kroner, as the first female dancer to win the competition in every version of the show. Rabih Jaber, also known by his mononym Rabih is a Swedish singer of Lebanese origin. He is a former participant of Swedish Idol 2009, where he finished in seventh place. Bingo Players is a Dutch dance and electro house musical project fronted by DJ and record producer Maarten Hoogstraten. Bingo Players was originally a duo, which included Paul Bäumer, who died from cancer in 2013. After the death of Bäumer, Hoogstraten announced that Bäumer had wished for him to continue under the Bingo Players name. They are best known for their hit songs "Cry " and "Rattle". "Cry " was a top-40 hit in the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom and other parts of Europe and Australia, in addition to being an international club hit.
