The St. Louis Trotters are a semi-professional basketball team who compete in the Independent Basketball Association (IBA). The franchise has history as far back as the 1970s.[ citation needed ] The Trotters joined the IBA for the 2012-13 season and have won two championships - one during the Spring 2015 season and the other in Spring 2017). De'Hashia Tonnek "DeeDee" Trotter is an American athlete. Trotter is a former NCAA national champion in the 400m, and competed in the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Summer Olympics. There, she was a two-time Olympic gold medalist in the 4 × 400 m relay, in addition to a bronze medalist in the 2012 400m event. She placed 5th in the same event in 2004. Holland Dream

The team began as the Holland Blast, and changed its name when the team entered the IBA. The team is owned by Tom Moore. The Dream play at the Holland Civic Center, former home of Hope College, who moved into the new DeVos Fieldhouse. They were members of the International Basketball League from 2005 to 2011.

Saint Louis Billikens mens basketball

The Saint Louis Billikens men's basketball team is the intercollegiate men's basketball program representing Saint Louis University. They compete in the Atlantic 10 Conference. The head coaching position is currently held by Travis Ford. Chaifetz Arena is home to the Billikens. The Billikens have reached the championship game of the NIT tournament four times and have won it once (1948). They have appeared in the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament ten times, most recently in 2019. Each year, the Billikens play Atlantic 10 rival University of Dayton for the rights to the Arch Baron Cup. Saint Louis holds an overall record of 25–29 in the Arch Baron rivalry.

Premier Basketball League

The Premier Basketball League, often abbreviated to the PBL, is an American professional men's basketball minor league that began play in January 2008. The league folded after the 2017 season. It was announced that the league would be revived under new management for the 2020 season. The league announced due coronavirus outbreak the season would be put on hold.

India Trotter American professional soccer player (born 1985)

India Ashlei Trotter is an American professional soccer player who played in Sweden for Dalsjöfors GoIF. She played for Saint Louis Athletica, Sky Blue FC, and the Atlanta Beat of Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) and the United States women's national soccer team.

Clarence Eugene Iba is a former American college basketball coach. He was previously the Pittsburg State Gorillas men's basketball coach until 2010. He was head coach at Houston Baptist from 1977 to 1985, Baylor from 1985 to 1992, and Pittsburg State from 1995 to 2010. He is the son of college basketball coach Clarence Iba and nephew of college basketball coach Hank Iba.

Dave Joerger American professional basketball coach (born 1974)

David Joerger ( [YAY-ger]) is an American professional basketball coach who serves as an assistant coach for the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was the head coach of the Dakota Wizards from 2000 to 2004 and in 2006–2007 in the International Basketball Association, Continental Basketball Association, and the NBA Development League, winning championships in 2001, 2002, 2004, and 2007. He also coached the Sioux Falls Skyforce from 2004 to 2006, winning a championship in 2005. In the NBA, Joerger served as head coach of the Memphis Grizzlies from 2013 to 2016, and Sacramento Kings from 2016 to 2019.

1994–95 NCAA Division I mens basketball season

The 1994–95 NCAA Division I men's basketball season concluded in the 64-team 1995 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament whose finals were held at the Kingdome in Seattle, Washington. The UCLA Bruins earned their eleventh national championship by defeating the Arkansas Razorbacks 89–78 on April 3, 1995. They were coached by Jim Harrick and the NCAA Basketball Tournament Most Outstanding Player was UCLA's Ed O'Bannon.

The 1972–73 NCAA University Division men's basketball season began in November 1972, progressed through the regular season and conference tournaments, and concluded with the 1973 NCAA University Division Basketball Tournament Championship Game on March 26, 1973, at St. Louis Arena in St. Louis, Missouri. The UCLA Bruins won their ninth NCAA national championship with an 87–66 victory over the Memphis State Tigers.
