Stichopteryx is an extinct genus of prehistoric ray-finned fish. These fish lived during the Cenomanian stage of the Late Cretaceous period, approximately 98 million years ago. Fossils of this genus have been discovered in marine environments, notably in regions like Hgula, Byblos, Lebanon. [2] [1]
