Takut is a 1990 compilation album by Indonesian singer Anggun, released in 1990 under label Harpa Records. It features the hit single "Takut".
In early 1990s Anggun reached the peak of her fame in Indonesia. Her singles Mimpi and Tua Tua Keladi were hits, making Anggun the most popular female rock musician in her field. Takut was released shortly after Tua Tua Keladi and became another hit. The song, written by Mus Mujiono and Deddy Dhukun, became one of Anggun's most popular in Indonesia.
Along with "Mimpi" and "Bayang Bayang Ilusi", "Takut" was also re-released on Anggun's Best Of album for the Indonesian and Malaysian market in 2006. The songs were re-recorded for the new release, with arrangement by Andy Ayunir and orchestra group Saunine.

Anggun Cipta Sasmi, better known as Anggun C Sasmi or more often mononymously as Anggun, is an Indonesian-born French singer-songwriter and television personality. Born in Jakarta, she began performing at the age of seven and recorded a children's album two years later. With the help of Indonesian producer Ian Antono, Anggun released her first rock-influenced studio album, Dunia Aku Punya, in 1986. She became further well known with the single "Mimpi" (1989), which was listed as one of the 150 Greatest Indonesian Songs of All Time by Rolling Stone. She followed it with a series of singles and three more studio albums, which established her as one of the most prominent Indonesian female rock stars of the early 1990s.
Noah is an Indonesian rock band formed as Peterpan in Bandung, West Java in 2000, which consisted of six members: Ariel, Andika, Indra, Lukman, Reza and Uki, with Ariel as the leader. Most of their lyrics are written by Ariel, who is the band's lead vocalist. The band currently consists of only three members remaining; Ariel, Lukman, and David.

Snow on the Sahara / Au nom de la lune is the fifth studio album and first international release by Indonesian singer Anggun. The French version was first released in France on 24 June 1997 by Columbia Records, while the English version was later released internationally by major label Sony Music Entertainment in 33 countries throughout Asia, Europe, and America between late 1997 to early 1999. Having various editions with different track listing and artwork, the album was also marketed as Anggun's self-titled album in several countries, such as Indonesia and Japan. The album was a huge artistic departure to Anggun's earlier rock style, experimenting with world music sounds.
Luminescence is the third international studio album by Anggun. The French-language version was released in France on 22 February 2005, while English-language version, also with the same title, was first released in Italy on 18 May 2005. The album was later repackaged in August 2006 as Luminescence: Special Edition with three brand new songs. Following her departure from Columbia Records in 2003, Anggun signed a recording contract with Heben Music. The album features production by several musicians, including Jean-Pierre Taïeb, Frédéric Jaffré and Niels Brinck. Anggun co-wrote music and lyrics of the entire album, except two tracks on the French version.

The album was released in December 2006 in Indonesia, May 2007 in Malaysia and June 2007 in Italy, to celebrate the first decade of Anggun's international career. Anggun C. Sasmi... Lah!!! is the fourth Indonesian-language studio album by Anggun. Her first self-produced album, it was released in 1993 by her own label, Bali Cipta Records. It became Anggun's final studio album in her homeland before moving to Europe to embark on an international career. Rock music remained a notable element on the album, which features composition from Grass Rock and a band founded to accompany Anggun when she played live, The Lost Boy. The record spawned a huge hit, "Kembalilah Kasih ", whose music video was directed by Indonesian actress Ria Irawan. The album has two different artworks for the cassette and CD edition, both of which were created by Dik Doank.

"Saviour" (English) / "Cesse la pluie" (French) / "Mantra" (Indonesian) is a song recorded by Indonesian singer Anggun. Written originally in French by Evelyne Kral and Frédéric Jaffré, the song was adapted to English and Indonesian by Anggun. Released as the second single from Anggun's third international album, Luminescence (2005), it was also used as the soundtrack of the U.S. box office number-one film Transporter 2. The song remains one of Anggun's most popular single internationally.
"Snow on the Sahara" is a song by Indonesian singer Anggun from her first international studio album Snow on the Sahara. Written originally in French by Erick Benzi titled "La neige au Sahara", the song was adapted to English by Nikki Matheson. The French version was recorded for Anggun's first French album Au nom de la lune. The song was released in 1997 as her debut international single in 33 countries worldwide. It topped the charts in Italy, Spain and several countries in Asia. The French version quickly became a hit in France, peaking at number 1 on the French Airplay Chart and number 16 on the French Singles Chart. It became the most-played single in France of 1997, with a total of 7,900 radio airplays, and was certified gold for shipment of 250,000 copies. While In Italy, it sold 100,000 copies.
Echoes / Échos is the fifth international studio album by Indonesian recording artist Anggun. The English version was first released by Sony Music in Anggun's native country on 20 May 2011 and the French version was released by Warner Music in Belgium on 4 November 2011. The album was re-packaged in 2012 to promote her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012. The album was produced by Anggun—the first time since her international career—under her own record label April Earth. She co-wrote all original materials on Echoes, alongside Gioacchino Maurici, Pierre Jaconelli, Jean-Pierre Pilot and William Rousseau. However, Échos also became her first French album on which she does not have any writing credit.

Best-Of: Design of a Decade 2003–2013 is a greatest hits album by Anggun, released on 10 May 2013 by Sony Music Indonesia. It comprises some of Anggun's notable works since her departure from Columbia Records in 2003. A sequel to her previous Best-Of album in 2006, the album included only one song, "Saviour", appearing on the previous compilation. The album features four unreleased tracks in Indonesia—"Echo " from its French CD single, "Lie to Me" from the European edition of Echoes, as well as her collaborations with German musician Schiller, "Blind" and "Innocent Lies". Anggun also re-recorded her debut international single, "Snow on the Sahara", which was released as a single to promote the album. An uptempo dance track, the new version was produced by Lebanese-Canadian musician K.Maro.

Super7, also known as S7, was a child boy band from Jakarta, Indonesia, who formed in March 2011. Their most famous single, "BFF (Sahabat)" was released in 2011. They released two studio albums before breaking up in 2015. Some members of the band then formed the new ensemble New Super7. Their fanclubs were known as "Seveners".
Toujours un ailleurs is the sixth international studio album by Anggun. It was released physically in France and Belgium by TF1 Musique on 20 November 2015, and as a digital album worldwide. It became her first French-language album not to have its standalone English-language version. The album revisited the world music direction of her debut international album, Snow on the Sahara (1997). Toujours un ailleurs was produced by Frédéric Chateau and Brian Rawling, and features guest vocals by singers Florent Pagny, Yuri Buenaventura, and Angélique Kidjo.
