The Tesla Model Y L (stylised as MODEL Y//) is a long-wheelbase, three-row, six-seater variant of the Tesla Model Y. It was officially unveiled on July 16, 2025, and is scheduled for release in China in the third quarter of 2025. [1] [2]

According to filings with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China, the Model Y L has the following dimensions: [4] [5]
Compared to the standard five-seat Model Y, the L variant is 179 mm longer, 44 mm taller, and has a 150 mm longer wheelbase. [1]
The curb weight of the Model Y L is 2,088 kg, which is 96 kg more than the dual-motor AWD version of the standard Model Y.
The Model Y L features dual electric motors: 142 kW on the front axle and 198 kW on the rear axle, offering a combined peak power of 340 kW (456 hp). The vehicle is all-wheel drive (AWD) and powered by ternary NMC batteries supplied by LG Energy Solution. [1]
